Ok. Here is the scenario: I wanna have an anime outfit done. I've tried asking around the vicinity of Paco if seamstresses can do the design and they said they can't do it. A friend recommended Cargin's but the price is uber unafordable for a student like me (twas Php3000). Could someone recommend a place where I can have an anime outfit stitched at a cheaper rate?? Im desperate. Please...
