i want to look fresh and stunning . i never use make-up. i think its disgusting. what happen when men put powder on face? does it make you look fresh? i mean i dont know how it will look kasi.
sino sa inyo gumagamit ng powder? what brand? and what does it do for you?
minsan kasi when i go out at night, parang walang dating yung skin. it looks sallow and walang buhay...even if i have very clear skin. may kulang...

Baby powder, probably the only acceptable thing to apply on your face. This is more practical than aesthetic, with the purpose of getting rid of excess oil thus avoiding pimples.
You only apply makeup when you're goth or gay or both. TV personalities are required to put makeup on when facing the camera, but only when facing the camera.

what if you have oily skin? even if i wear oil-free moisturizer, i would feel sticky after a few mins.
what does a tinted moisturizer do? does it illuminate the face? what brand would you recommend? ( pls no mercier, bobbi brown or mac) anything cheap?

It really depends on how oily your skin is, try out various products, not only just moisturisers. Keep in mind that alcohol in toners can dry out your skin, which is bad, because your pores will be agitated and are forced to secrete more oil.
Tinted moisturisers act obviously as a moisturiser and also create an even tone throughout your face. It pretty much is just foundation and moisturiser mixed together.
Sorry but I don't know about the brands there, I use SKII, Dior, Neutrogena, etc. on my face.

Baby powder and concealer lang so that I won't get teased by my classmates.
Pero pag nasa states ako I use light pressed powder, eyeliner(consider the goth thing) and concealer. Dito kasi if you put on some make-up people will think you're a gay. But in the states if you put on make-up they will think you're a model.

this is like asking men if they are gay.

1700 more or less isang bottle

Says who?
Do you think there's much difference between the two? States is big and the general population (except for the gay tolerant cities and Hollywood) will look at you gay if they see you wearing a make up.
It still is man with make up= gay/tranny/crossdresser. kahit pagbaligtarin mo, the society still isn't much too forgiving about it.

Natatawa naman ako dito sa thread na ito. Me kalaban na pala kaming mga girls sa make-up. :glee: Ok lang, I'm all for equality. :glee:
Naalala ko tuloy yung isang guy na friend. Nagsuot ng pink na t-shirt. Sabi ko, ba't naka-pink ka? Baka akalain nila gay ka. Sagutin ba naman ako ng 'Men have as much right as women to wear pink! There should be equal treatment!' Wala akong masabi kundi, 'Suportahan kata!' :rotflmao:

i dont use powder...lalo na make-up
so wala akong idea
tip lang:
if youre using mositurizer, like me, dont use oil-based moisturizers(olay, nivea, ponds, etc...) kasi our body is 70% water...we all know na ang oil and water eh hindi talaga compatible. so if u put oil based moisturizer, your skin wont be able to breathe. so ang mangyayari, lalaki *** pores mo.
bukod dun, napakasticky a messy ng feeling pag nag OB moisturizer ka tapos lalabas ka sa araw...grabe pawis to the max!

yan lang naman problem mo di ba?
just wash your face whenever wherever you feel oily. or kung may auto ka. magbaon ka ng wet face towels and store it sa cooler. para pag oily ka na, patong mo lang sa face mo and tap it slowly.

I used to stay in San Francisco(yes, it's a gay tolerant state) but most people including men wear wake-up. Wierd nga dun lang ako nakakita ng police and gangster na nakamake-up. Siguro the difference between Manila and SF is that Yanks are more mature when it comes to judging people.
Plus, it's in their culture na kasi na having excess oil is something that disrespects them since SF is known to be a state with an excellent fashion industry. Kaya siguro for Flips it looks gay kasi di tayo sanay pero for most Yankees it's normal na.*okay*

^^^ why not try MAC blot powder.. they have both the pressed one and loose powder..it controls shine on the face but without added color or if you find it a bit "gay" then try blot papers..sa watsons madame..if you have oily face i suggest DONT use moisturizer or your face will look oilier..moisturizers arent for everyone..
sya nga pala, i heard diether ocampo uses lip tint sa lips nya to have kissable red lips.. but be sure to put on lip tint (try benetint or the body shop one) on well moisturized lips(try vaseline jelly, put on lips generously, wait for 5 minutes then wipe clean) para nde magsettle sa cracks ng lips mo..;)
