could you please recommend a good liquid eyeliner? yung hindi nag-s-smudge/smear after a long day? dati gamit ko maybelline water-proof pero kasi parang nag-p-peel off at the end of the day. nakakahiya tuloy, parang kulang pag-apply ko ng eyeliner.
