Hey Guys!! Been trying to get in since 1pm.... well, no luck.

Una, marami sana kasi akong gusto ipaalam sa inyo. Last night, i was gonna write about it na sana, but i just couldnt, and ending, when i finally tried to sleep at 4 am, while praying, umiiyak ako. I just heard the most painful thing a doctor would say to an artist like me.

Yup, i was in the hospital again yesterday, and i just got really scared kasi kahapon, while i was doing my band rehearsal for my dubai show, hirap na hirap na ako kumanta, kahit abc lang ata ipakanta sakin. and to think that im leaving for dubai in 6 days, then march 30, im leaving for U.S. so sobrang takot ko na kasi pano naman ako kakanta kung wala na akong boses at all? you all know that i do everything that i do now, for a living. ginagawa ko lahat ng ito para sa pamilya ko, and if that means, being able to make my mom see her children every now and then sa U.S. by doing 1hr,one woman show concerts there, i really would do anything....

While i was in St. Luke's yesterday...naisip ko na sasabihin na naman sakin ng doktor, i need rest. so feeling ko, okay na yun. maybe a day or two, pwede na, diba? but then when he was talking about my voice na, sabi nya, its chronic laryngitis (and its not the first time for me). na he cannot give me any medicine that will make the hoarseness of voice go away overnight. he explained a lot of things. kahit bigyan daw nya ako ng meds, hindi daw nya alam kung kelan ako makakakanta. lalo na if I DONT STOP TALKING. then he went on about my job, like this and like that....wala na, nag-slow mo na ang mundo ko. cause that meant having to make a choice. HOSTING or SINGING? i love doing both, but it ony goes to show that im not wonderwoman. hindi ko pala kaya lahat.... :( i was also advised not to drink coffee, coke, or tea anymore...kaya lalo pa akong nabigla at na-depress, kasi lahat nalang yata, tinanggal sakin. simpleng kape, hindi pa pwede. when that's my only bisyo...ive stopped smoking matagal na, and all thats left with me is coffee, and tea bago matulog...Coke naman is my energizer before doing a concert, and now that its bawal, i dont know how im gonna do my concerts with the jetlag and all... down na down talaga ako ngayon friends. kaya pagpasensyahan nyo na ako if i may sound a little too sad with how im gonna answer your q's, ok? :( since yesterday, kahit dito sa bahay, i dont talk. para akong pipi. more or less, siguro, magegets nyo na how come im not gonna be in to the max muna... and sana magets din ng mga tao sa paligid ko when i go to work tomorrow, kung bakit hindi ako nagsasalita.....

But to all of you, specially, in this thread, MARAMING SALAMAT. you put a smile on my face everytime i get to read your posts here...that helps me a lot, lalo na when im down....ito na nga muna ang buhay ko while i cant talk. puro sulat, email, internet... thank you so much for understanding and loving me and for also getting worried about my health....Pray for me narin ha? I prayed hard last night to give me strength para malagpasan ko lahat ng ito.....

ryllen, yeah, im pretty shocked na dumadami na nga ang nagpopost dito...and that helps me a lot, lalo na with what im going thru now...im in depression right now, and buti nalang i have friends here to show support, love, and care...

honey, if you love "All my life", that's my duet number always with BJ sa mga hunks tour, although thats not our theme song... we dont have one eh. parang every love song nalang that we could think about, para sa isa't-isa na agad yun. sounds cheesy, but its true!

dixiedynamite, yes po. 24-27, im gonna be in Dubai. march30-april 24 yata, am gonna be in U.S. EB tayo sa starbucks? good idea... siguro pagbalik ko na from U.S. noh? tsaka barista ka pala before? naku, alam mo bang dream job ko yan, hehehe. Espresso ang fave ko. kaya mo gumawa nun? hehehe. turuan mo naman ako!!! kahit bawal na coffee sakin, no one can stop me pag magaling na ako, hehehe.

Dright, youre q's fine. 1st impression ko kay BJ? matatawa ka, cause, I HATED HIM! akal ko kasi playboy, and akala ko, he feels that time that im oe of those girls na easy to get...naku, nung naglabas na nang pagkaromantiko and sincerity, patay si regina carla peralejo, na-inlab!!!!!

lotters_okik, alam nyo, inggit ako kay Nikki (valdez, my bestfriend), kasi kasama sya sa movie nila Bea with direk Lauren, hehehehe. sana, ako din noh? ang saya saya siguro nun, parang kay tagal.... hay.....

Daisy, dapat, kasama talaga ako sa concert ni Vaness Wu, three different places pa nga, but by the time he's here, meron naman akong work na out of the country...malas! sayang!

Princess, tama ka, talo ni SAM lahat ng mr.suave, dahil sa kanyang bigote. sana sa susunod, si Tyra naman ma-meet nyo.

Flirtee, like the pics in Yes mag? nakapost din yung iba dito...

esofagus, hey, youre free to make me dalaw anytime, ok? kahit san mo pa gusto, okfine, or asap...and can you please tell your mom na wala akong show sa ohio, sayang. about your lola, it was sad to hear that...but hey, sana naman hindi ka na masyado umiiyak...nakakalungkot nga talaga when someone dies na youre so attatched to. ako, sa friend ko, took me years before i got over that...change topic! lalo lang ako nadedepress!!! coffee mo nalang pagusapan natin, yah, id love to try that! diba kapeng batangas ang strongest? kaya sana, ma-try ko din yan, heehee. lahat ng kape, maybe when im back from U.S. na, heehee. about my soap, they have it in Rustan's pero dun sa grocery yata nila mismo. wala sa shopwise eh. mga grocery lang ata ng robinson's, Sm, mga malls....

Dright, all i can say is that you and esofagus are lucky enough to have been given the chance na maexperience yung love nang lola nyo. kami kasi, always and forever na puro kami-kami lang talaga from my mom and dad, hanggang sa mga kapatid ko. hindi kami ma-Lolo at lola. although, my lolo, yun, mas kalog kasi yun tsaka favorite ako, kaya mejo mas attatched ako sa kanya... ang lulungkot naman ng post nyo ni esofagus!

shery, thank you! sana, makakuha ka ng pics namin sa church, hehe. about my website, there's no official eh. i plan to do my own this year. kailangan ko lang ma-continue ang lessons ko muna... but im excited, i really wanna do my own website.

honey, bwisit nga, pinutol daw okfine dyan???? i made edu greet pa naman my bro in law na fave sya from L.A..... sayang.

daisy, yeah. am really lucky, BJ's there lang whenever i get scared of needles, hahaha.

bluemooon13, id love an EB with all of you who live in L.A.! maintindihan nyo lang sana, na if by that time, hindi parin ako magaling, sign language tayo, or magic slate, hehe. am not allowed to talk kasi lalo na pag may concert....

haaynaakuu, might do a soap opera soon. tinitingnan pa. kasi kung di ko talag kaya maghosting, baka ilagay nalang ako sa drama. at least, you dont talk that much sa soap. and if ever you do, its not naman all you...

m&m17, sorry, wala akong sked nung promos eh. ang meron lang ako, the dates of my shows lang po. pag promo kasi, you get the sked the day before, ganun.

Princess, what diud Dyrek say about the message board? i agree with that! let me know asap kung paano makapasok dun ok?

Vurandz, thanks sa info mo about CTS. kasi ako, im a candidate. but when they did the EMG test on me, negative. im asked to come back and do it again after 6months. kasi kung developing palang daw, and is too early to tell, di daw talaga macacapture ng test agad yun...so, theyre making me take meds nalang muna, high dosage ata of vitamin B? and if there's still numbness parin nga daw after 6mos, kailangan ko talagng patingnan ulit...

Daisy, yan na ang sagot ko about the results of my EMG test..kay Vurandz.

Marill, you see the box where it says local movies and tv, then may go na nakalagay sa right side? pwede ka mamili ng pupuntahan mo dun. private messages, andun din, ok?

Flirtee, yah. toxic na nga sobra sa work.hay...sana, when i come back from my tour, magaling na ako, para makapag-EB na nga talaga tayo...

zenithcute, about the choco, didnt naman get the sore throat from that, pero masama din ang chocos pag may infection ka sa throat. but dont worry, your choco didnt kill me, so, its okay! ngapala, kung asa abs kayo ulit sa monday, nasa subic naman kami...bad trip. out of town pa eh noh? di tayo magkikita, huhuhu....kahit pa naman sign laguage, willing sana ako makipagkape sa inyo.

Daisy, Shery, and Honey, until i can do my own website, you guys can start whatever thats easier for us lalo na pag down ang PEX diba? just let me know, hehe. para hindi ako naliligaw. :) thanks for making me smile, guys....

sassyxpinay, i really love BEBE! sometimes nga, dun nauubos dollars ko eh...hehe. but im more of hollister right now, hehe. uhm, TERRANOVA is like an italian brand here in the phils. and they sponsor me. im great with the 80's look, cause im such an 80's baby. growing up with an ate, and two kuyas in the 80's, would really make you remember how baduy and fun that era was! bout my bod, i used to work out everyday here in the house, weights and taebo, with my trainer. but now, its just really alll the getting sick thats making me lose weight...

dixiedynamite, okay.ill put some with my family. baka tomorrow ko na magawa yun cause theyre in my back up external hard drive. and my GOD!!!! kung napanuod mo ako sa makati cinema square, that was my first ever singing engagement!!! and i was soooooo nervous, and i only got payed 500pesos that time, can you believe that????? hahahaha!!! thanks for bringing back the memories....

Kixee.. wow grabe na pala ang sakit mo....i think u got what Kris Aquino had before..where she couldn't talk at all din..i think pag nag host ka thats what happened right?? we love u to the TO THE MAX...but it's gonna cost ur voice huwag na lang di ba..(about hosting)...kaya siguro mas ok ang soap opera na lang...at least u can still SING di ba...and u don't sick as much.....so please for now.....just take alot of rest talaga...we'll pray for u ....

ask ko lang..if u and bj will be going to the USA at the same time or u're going first....makikita ba kayo sa USA?

Hi Rica,
Wow that's really depressing. Your sickness has gotten worst. I hope and pray that you get better soon. I understand if your not going to be in to the max. What's important to us is your health. I think what your going to right now is just a trial. But don't worry, you'll recieve something better in return. Will be here for you. Please get some rest, because two days ago I caught you online around 2 am in P.I. time. BTW I got the pics.

hey kix-ee! well i can see why you love bebe, bebe sport as well, i'm more for that comfy look myself... if you really love brand names you should hit up the outlet malls especially the ones in cali and jersey (no tax!)... ehehe the best kinds of bargains are the ones that are tax-free, i'm sure you know how high tax can get... hmmm terranova and hollister huh? i'll surely check out them brands when i go back there next may, i'm loving the different styles there, it's sort of hongkie... when you're able to drink coffee you should try chai creme latte with a shot of vanilla (that's good for you and tase good too!)... and when you get to US try the little coffee shops and not starbucks (no offense) but if you have time that is, the sit down ones taste sooo much better... the 80s is ooberly baduy but that's the fun part of it.... ;)

loving the pics, so cute! man you are a kodak girl aren't ya? except we're now at a digital age so, everything's a lot easier... what kind of digicam do you have? the pics are so clear! is that your dog? sam? we just got a dog as well, a puppy 2 months old pomeranian, he's as cute as your sam... there's nothing like the feeling of having a dog, they're so loveable... i say you play with sam more often having a dog (loveable canine) has been shown to extend your life and it's a stress reliever not to mention it'll promote endorphns that will easily put a smile on your face.... sorry for the length, psychology major e... just trying to cheer ya up! ingatz and feel better, if it gets too sad for you count 30 backwards and while counting think of all the happy and sappy times you've had in the past year...

kaya pa naman ako nag-pex para matuwa to hear from you and to tell you na sobrang pretty mo sa wedding ni assunta... :) actually, lahat ng bridesmaids super pretty... kahit sila ciara and nikki who i'd normally not find that pretty (opinion lang po and just trying to make a point) were extra pretty nung wedding... at least dun sa tv special di naman kayo nakitang bad trip eh so ok lang yun, just goes to show na tao rin kayo :D

pero kahit na gaano ako ka saya im super sad to hear the news about your health... kasi diba kahit pa dun sa mga kaaway natin ayaw pa rin natin silang magkasakit, what more pa for people that we actually like... hay naku! i can't explain it im super sad talaga for you as in while reading your latest message i just caught myself na naka-simangot and i can't help it.... i didn't know na napamahal ka na sa akin to think i didn't like you noon. ang bigat ng loob ko. sensya na kung nag-e-emote ako na medyo feeling close pero i can't help it talaga... sana gumaling ka. and pls follow the doctor's orders para gumaling ka na agad. tsaka alam mo, kahit na feeling super down ka ngaon kasi bawal na lahat ng mahal mo, isipin mo na lang "god will provide." i'm not really a religious/pious person pero yun lang talaga ang maisip ko fr your situation. ingat ka palagi and hope gumaling ka na. keep on smiling!!!

abt the valenciana syrup, you can have it added (for P15 yata) to any hot or cold drink, marap siya with the mocha drinks :)

While i was in St. Luke's yesterday...naisip ko na sasabihin na naman sakin ng doktor, i need rest. so feeling ko, okay na yun. maybe a day or two, pwede na, diba? but then when he was talking about my voice na, sabi nya, its chronic laryngitis (and its not the first time for me). na he cannot give me any medicine that will make the hoarseness of voice go away overnight. he explained a lot of things. kahit bigyan daw nya ako ng meds, hindi daw nya alam kung kelan ako makakakanta. lalo na if I DONT STOP TALKING. then he went on about my job, like this and like that....wala na, nag-slow mo na ang mundo ko. cause that meant having to make a choice. HOSTING or SINGING? i love doing both, but it ony goes to show that im not wonderwoman. hindi ko pala kaya lahat.... :( i was also advised not to drink coffee, coke, or tea anymore...kaya lalo pa akong nabigla at na-depress, kasi lahat nalang yata, tinanggal sakin. simpleng kape, hindi pa pwede. when that's my only bisyo...ive stopped smoking matagal na, and all thats left with me is coffee, and tea bago matulog...Coke naman is my energizer before doing a concert, and now that its bawal, i dont know how im gonna do my concerts with the jetlag and all... down na down talaga ako ngayon friends. kaya pagpasensyahan nyo na ako if i may sound a little too sad with how im gonna answer your q's, ok? :( since yesterday, kahit dito sa bahay, i dont talk. para akong pipi. more or less, siguro, magegets nyo na how come im not gonna be in to the max muna... and sana magets din ng mga tao sa paligid ko when i go to work tomorrow, kung bakit hindi ako nagsasalita.....

But to all of you, specially, in this thread, MARAMING SALAMAT. you put a smile on my face everytime i get to read your posts here...that helps me a lot, lalo na when im down....ito na nga muna ang buhay ko while i cant talk. puro sulat, email, internet... thank you so much for understanding and loving me and for also getting worried about my health....Pray for me narin ha? i do not know why rica is getting big breaks....she doesnt sing/dance and act well....hosting to d max is passable...but not quite

Hi people!!! naku, matagal-tagal din akong di nakasagot dito..sorry po, kasi i was kinda busy the past few days, tapos maaga ako inaantok, maybe because of my meds. i have 5 different kinds kasi. nakasteroids na nga ako eh. hay. 3tabs, twice a day. ayayayay!!! ang sakit ko ngapala ngayon aside from the hormonal, and the CTS candidate ako, etong sa throat ko, CHRONIC LARYNGITIS. same ba as Kris Aquino's? i wouldnt know, hindi ko alam naging sakit nya, but kasi sya, she doesnt sing, ako, i do... yun ang mas mahirap pagalingin.

anyway, kaya ako depressed, friends, kasi workaholic talaga ako by nature...eh nung napahinga ako bigla, dun ako nalungkot...not even sa hosting sa asap, pinayagan ako ng doc. yung dance, pinakiusap ko lang yun. i told my doc, thats the last, kaya pati bukas, na taping namin for okfine, sa subic, hindi din ako makakasama. :( sa tuesday, when i go back to my doc, dun ko lang malalaman kung pagbalik ko ba from dubai, if i can talk na ba, and tape bago ako mag-U.S.

pagpasensyahan nyo narin ako kung hindi ako makakasagot ng matagal dito, kasi ang dami ko ng pinaprepare everyday for the out of the country trips ko. magkakasunod kasi, kaya hindi pwedeng may maiwan, diba? like tom, im really gonna go out and buy all the stuff that i need na kulang ako, like sa toiletries, ganyan.... tapos nagbond na kami sobra nung aso na ibinigay na namin today sa friend namin na anak ng dog ni Paula. ayun, iniiyakan ko na for two days, and ginising nya ko ng 7am today, parang he's telling me na mamimiss nya ko....hay. iyak na naman ako! :(

para matawa naman kayo, for the past few days, i talk to people thru WHITEBOARD!! shucks, nakakahiya mang gawin, sa rehearsal at research ko for a movie, i was doing sign language (yung barok lang ha? dont know the real thing, hehe) lang, or yung whiteboard marker lang talaga para makausap choreographer ko and yung producers dun sa movie ko, hahaha... :) at least i have something to laugh about now.

i have one more balita pala, na baka mo-move ang concert ko sa states na iba... most probably yung sa San Fo, ma-move. kasi hindi agad lumabas ang Visa ko, or ang mangyayari nyan, pag nakahabol Visa ko, ill leave April 1 here, arrive in San Fo , April 1 din, direcho na sa show! hectic!! ayayay!!! :( natatakot ako lalo, ang hina ko pa naman sa jetlag!!!!! pati ang hunks, baka mas mahuli pa sakin. wala din silang mga working visa pa... kasi nauna pa nga kinuha yung akin, di pa agad lumabas, eh sila, kaka-apply lang nila. tsk, tsk, tsk. hirap talaga kumuha ng working visa. pero mas mahirap naman kung mahuli akong illegal na nagtratrabaho dun, diba?

HI KIXEE! actually, i wasn't expecting na makaka-post ka na agad dito kasi baka total rest yng required... buti naman medyo ok ka pa pala. paka-busy ka na lang muna sa walang mga kabuluhang bagay para di ka ma-bore. :D ingat!!! at nga pala... i saw an ad for terranova sa isang foregin mag, i think seventeen usa yata... meron din ba sa local stores nila yung fruit bath smoothies??? parang ang bango kasi and baka nice for the sking diba??? sa glorietta lang ba ang terranova stores? speaking of which, you know what baka pwede ka gumaya sa sis mo na si paula na maging stylists din at least it doesn't require the use of your voice much diba??? ingat ulit!!!!

kixee, i did not see you in ASAP yesterday. pagaling ka and follow your doctor's advise at kahit nasusuka ka na sa medicines mo if its needed to be taken there's nothing you can do but to take them. torture ba? basta pagaling ka so we can see you regularly and in good track again.

hello people!! bago ako mag-take off today, gusto ko lang magpost muna, hehehe.

just wanna let you guys know na ill be in dubai 24-27, tapos march 30, or april 1 ang alis ko for U.S. depende pa kung gaano kabilis namin maayos ang visa (working) ko. kahit kasi may ten years multiple ako, pang-tourist lang, meaning to say, i cant work there.... so sana mainitindihan nyo kung medyo di ako makakasagot the coming month masyado. ang gulo ng mga out of the country shows na ganyan, tapos puro lipat-lipat pa ng states, cities, kaya minsan, ni wala na akong time to open my laptop. nangayayat nga ako with my last trip kasi ako nagbuhat ng luggages ko lahat kasi my brother wasnt able to make it sa trip because of school. kaya wala akong taga-karga ng bags! i wont naman let my mom do it, syempre!! feeling ko talaga, kargador ako nung mga panahong yun! hehehe :)

esofagus, yeah, nakakasuka na nga meds ko...tapos may 7am pa ako and 5pm. hay! kaya kailngan ko gumising lagi ng ganun kaaga to drink my steroids... about getting married, la pa kaming plans. although gusto namin mag-end up togethyer forever narin. napapagusapan namin ang number of kids, where we want to get married, but not in the near future. kailangan pa naming yumaman, hehehe. yun muna priority namin!

Hi kixee. I'm so glad you're part of the PEX family now.

Just wanted you to know that you've always been part of my TV viewing experience since I was in my teens.

Though you've had a lot of shows on TV, the most memorable for me is still TGIS.

Just wanted to ask kung kumusta na ang TGIS barkada these days? Are you still in touch with Bobby, Angelu, Red, Michael, Ciara, Raven and Onemig?

I practically grew up with the eight of you. I made sure to catch the barkada every 4 PM Saturdays. I was also among the very first ones in line at the cinema for TGIS The Movie.

And although ang dami-daming teen barkada programs na nagsulputan like Gimik, G-Mik, Berks, Click, K2BU....the original is still the best! TGIS FOREVER!!!

Of course the most memorable TV experience for me was Michelle Ferrer's farewell episode sa Growing Up when Kiko and Michelle dined under the stars with a string quarter in the background playing "You Should Know By Now".

Well I'm sure this brings back old memories as you read this. I hope a reunion could be possible in the future.

Ok sige, ingat sana sa health mo and good luck sa shows mo abroad. :)

Hi there, people... naku, kaya pala ako antulin nowadays, at siguro, mababa narin ang resistensya ko, is because of my upcoming "time of the month", shucks! :( hate that eh... grabe kasi sumakit puson ko. tsaka para talaga akong pinapatay pag 'meron'... to the point na umiiyak na ako.... tsaka bigat ng feeling, antok lagi, halos bed ridden... waaahh!!! lagi akong sinasabayan ng pagka-"female" ko whenever i have my shows abroad?! weird!! parang laging natyetyempo, tsk, tsk, tsk...

by the way, i started excersising my voice na today... little by little, and very, very faint lang, nakikipagusap na ako. i dont shout though. ang weird nga nang feeling, parang ayoko na magsalita ng malakas talaga... parang nasanay na akong mahinahon, hehe. tsaka sign language, hehehe. tomorrow, im going again to my doc, check up ulit before mag-Dubai sa wednesday.

sassyxpinay, yah! sa jersey bro ko, wala ngang tax!! sarap bumili ng clothes!!! hollister naman can only be found there, not here yet. even abercrombie, la pa dito eh. yung terranova, yun ang meron kami dito, and mango, namgaganda the styles....and yes, i am really a super dooper kodak girl!! i have 2 kinds of cams...one is small, one is half pro, half automatic. both are canon. mega pix, 4 yung small, 6.2 *** big. about dogs, oh, read my kwento nalang sa taas, ganyan ako ma-attatch sa dogs! iniiyakan ko talaga...theyre worth it naman kasi diba? do you agree?? unconditional love ang meron sila for us!! they cannot talk back, they just sit, listen, and love....aaawwww!!!!! thanks for all your kwento ha? they made me smile!!

ABS-CBN's top-rated variety show, ASAP Mania, will provide the perfect appetizer to the opening of the PBL Unity Cup on Sunday at the Makati Coliseum when it stages a mini-concert that features some of the network's popular stars.

The segment is part of a package of surprises being arranged by Studio 23, the league's official coveror that is leaving no stone unturned to make the opening a resounding success and worth remembering.

Among the network's stars who are expected to provide fun-filled entertainment to the fans are gorgeous Rica Peralejo and some of their rising performers who will surely be a big hit among fans of the league.

The ASAP segments, which will also be shown live on Channel 2, will begin at 12 noon meaning fans are advised to go to the venue early to have a better view of the bonus show. And as always, admission will be open to the public.

"We in the PBL and our new partner, Studio 23, are doing everything to make the opening a big success. I have no doubt in my mind about the capabilities of Studio 23, so I'm sure the fans will have a great time during the opening," said Commissioner Chino Trinidad.

For their part, Leo Katigbak, managing director of Studio 23 and Peter Musngi, head of the ABS-CBN Sports Division, promised to give all-out support to the league in terms of TV production, with images that will infuse further excitement to the games.

Veteran director Abet Ramos, who will handle the TV coverage, disclosed that they will use state-of-the-art equipment to capture all angles and color of each game for the benefit of the league's avid televiewers.

"We will try to improve the production through graphics, parang pang-international ang coverage namin dito," said Ramos.

Viva Mineral Water-FEU, touted as one of the teams to beat in the season-opening tournament, will test the mettle of newcomer Toyota Otis-Letran in the curtain raiser at 1 p.m. while Lee Pipes-Ateneo, another newcomer, battles Sunkist-UST at 4 p.m.

Defending champion Hapee Toothpaste starts its defense on Tuesday next week against Montana Pawnshop, a team raring to shed its image as poor finishers.

After the opening ceremonies, teams not scheduled to play on Sunday will be stationed at one place inside the venue so their legion of fans will have time to interact with them.

Galeng-galeng ni kixee kanina sa Makati Coliseum (I watched it live not because of Asap Mania but because I'm a basketball follower)...20 thumbs-up para sa yo! Kering-keri mo kanina yung pa-interview mo ke BJ Manalo at ke Alex Compton (especially the comic effect in comparing BJ Palanca and BJ the player), and when you and Luis M. stood with the PBL players. Too bad nasa sides ako nung Rated R kaya hindi ko tuloy nakita yung sinasai nilang me kamuntikan nang nangyari...but anyways it was a great number overall!

Dubai show ni AiAi muntik ng maputol

PUMUNTA kami sa Dubai last week, kaya ilang araw rin kaming hindi nakatipa para sa column namin dito.
May major show roon si Ai Ai de las Alas at guests niya si Rica Peralejo at ang alaga naming si Allan K.
Ang title ng show ni Ai Ai ay Tanging Ai Ai sa Dubai na produced ng Universal Entertainment and Promotions at ginawa ito sa Al Nasr Lesiureland na parang Star City sa atin.
Masaya ang show at pinatunayan ni Ai Ai na siya pa rin ang Comedy Concert Queen.
Ilang beses siyang nagpalit ng costumes at pati foreigners na nanood ng concert niya ay humalakhak nang humalakhak sa komedya niya.
Muntik nang matigil ang show sa kalagitnaan nang magpaakyat ng tao sa stage si Ai Ai.
Bawal pala ‘yon at nagalit ang mga sekyu ng lugar, kaya nu’ng si Allan na ang sumampa, hindi na ito nagkaroon ng audience participation.
“Your visas will be cancelled because of what you are doing!” taray ng sekyu kay Rowena Salido na taga-Backroom.
Eh, walang do’s and don’ts na sinabi kay Weng, kaya pati siya, naloka rin, huh!
Seksing-seksi syempre si Rica na naka-mini-skirt at labas ang pusod. Hindi na niya hinubad ang jacket na suot niya or else, baka pagbawalan din siya.
Maraming kinanta si Ai Ai with matching back up dancers mula sa Dubai. Kwelang-kwela ang finale niyang All By Myself at ang duet nila ni Allan ng The Prayer.
Si Allan naman, pinasakit ang tiyan ng audience sa kanyang “Mabuhay, Mamatay Class” sketch.
Spoof niya ‘yon sa mga OFW na sumasakay sa economy class at kung ano ang ipinagkaiba sa treatment sa kanila at sa treatment ng pasaherong sumasakay sa first class.
Hayun at naka-identify ang contract workers na nag-watch, huh!
Hindi man jam packed na jam packed ‘yung place, still, sapat na ang mga Pinoy na nandoon upang masiyahan sina Ai Ai, Rica at Allan sa mainit na pagtanggap sa kanila ng mga tao.
Masasaya rin ang mga producer na mababait at maasikaso sa mga inimbitahang artists.
Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat and see you again!

SIDELIGHTS… Habang naka-stopover kami sa Bahrain, naloka si Ai Ai dahil bawat makasalubong niyang Arabo o ibang nationality sa airport, panay ang titig sa kanyang boobs to think na close neck shirt ang suot niya!
“Eh, paano pa kung naka-plunging neckline ang damit ko? Baka sinibasib na nila ako! Ha! Ha! Ha!” ani Ai Ai.
Si Allan naman, nang malamang Pinoy ng isang Arabong tindero sa Duty Free store, sabi sa kanya nito, “Take me to Manila!” na ikinaloka ng aming alaga.
‘Yung mommy Alice ni Rica, tinalakan ang isang tindero sa isang mall sa Dubai. Namimili kasi sila ng sapatos. Eh, mga mahal siyempre ang gusto nilang bilhin, huh!
Eh, minaliit ng tindero si Mommy Alice kaya tinalakan niya ito.
“Sampalin ko kaya ng dala kong dollars ang walanghiyang ito?” dayalog niya na pinigilan lang ni Rica.
Pero meron silang nabili na swimsuit worth P10,000, huh!
“Kailangan ko naman kasi ang mga ‘yon. Alam mo naman ang trabaho natin, kailangang makita ang pusod para dumami ang raket, di ba?” katwiran ni Rica.
Ang reklamo ng mga Pinoy sa Dubai ay ang kawalan ng Filipino channel doon ng Channel 7, kelan daw kaya nila mapapanood ang shows ng Channel 7?
Magkakaroon din daw ng Star Quest Search doon ang Channel 2. Kung kelan ‘yon, hindi lang nasabi ng kausap namin!
Ang saya-saya ng grupo namin sa Dubai kahit ilang araw lang kaming nanatili roon. Kasama ring pumunta roon si Bong Quintana na naging director ng show.
Ka-join din ang back up band ni Ai led by Beth Martin at mga back up singers niya.
‘Yun lang, parang halos lahat ay nakalimot na magdala ng… kamera! Kaya hayun, panay kuwento at walang pictures na souvenir sa show at sa pamamasyal sa Dubai!
Now, we’re back sa local scene again, huh!
