Hi my darleeennnggsss!!! alm nyo, naiyak ako nung makita ko yung countdown ng bday ko.... didnt realize i was this special pala to you guys! :)

anyway, as much as i id love to, i cant answer all of you one by one right now. like what i said in the ASAP, and TO THE MAX thread kanina, there's something wrong with my right arm. 3 days na. in the morning, completely, i cannot use the whole right arm, up to the hand at pinaka-affected ang thumb. hanggang sa nagkakamalay sya pa-konti konti. then tom, baka after ng spiels taping ko, then b4 i go to okfine taping naman, baka pa-EMG na ako. tsaka see a neurologist. nakakatakot na kasi yung pagkamanhid nya na hindi naaalis, tsaka nakakalaglag ako ng ng lotion, di ako makapagtali ng buhok, bigla kong nalalaglag yung hawak ko kasi biglang nawawalan ng grip ng yung kamay ko. bagal ko nga magtype now eh. kasi ang hirap i-control nung right ko. kung anu-anu napipindot ko! and kanina, habang naliligo ako, kasi, syempre, i was asking narin some of the docs that i know kung ano to, most probably,nerves daw. tapos, carpal sumthing disease....something that i can get thru EXCESSIVE USE OF COMPUTER.....nagdasal ako sa shower kanina na sana hindi ako patigilin magcomputer kasi ito lang naman ang kaligayahan ko....edit videos, slideshow ko pics ko, PEX shempre...email....photoshop.... :(

about sharon, mali naman plug nila, next,next week pa kami.

Hi kixee!Hope your feeling ok na.IF you had EMG makikita naman dun if your median nerve is affected pero I know that its painful hehehe. Yes its true na excessive use of computer can cause that if your hand is not supported in using your mouse so make sure na neutral position wrist mo. Yap ,your right it maybe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,if you feel that especially in the morning baka naiipit mo when you sleep.You may need to undergo PT or you maybe advised to wear a wrist splint to rest that joint kasi naiipit yung ugat niya dahil na inflamed.But dont worry with proper care and treatment you'll get well soon. Pahinga ka nalang muna sa computer dahil lalala lang yan and anyrthing that involves excessive movement of your wrist.

May development sa rumored split nina Rica Peralejo at Bernard Palanca.

Kung si Bernard ay hindi naniniwalang split na sila, kakaiba naman ang statement ni Rica. Sa guesting ni Rica sa Sharon, nagulat ang staff ng show nang i-consider na ni Rica si Bernard na "ex-boyfriend" kasama sa hanay nina Wowie de Guzman at Bojo Molina.

Ang episode kasi ay tungkol sa mga babaing iniiwan o nang-iiwan ng boyfriend.

According to Sharon executive producer Noel Ferrer: "Nagulat kami, kapatid. May insinuations ‘yung statement ni Rica. Magugulat ka sa revelation ni Rica. Panoorin mo ang episode sa Sunday and read between the lines na lang, kapatid."


Mukhang may katotohanan ang hiwalayan nina Rica at Bernard despite the latter’s denial. Kaibigan ko si Rica at mabilis itong mag-reply kapag tini-text o tinatawagan ko. But the past weeks, sa ilang attempt ko na kunin ang statement niya, wala akong natanggap na sagot.

Mukhang may problema talaga.

Bukod kay Rica, kasama sa nasabing episode ng Sharon sina Nikki Valdez, Alessandra de Rossi at Danica Sotto. Si John Lapus ang special guest cohost ni Sharon Cuneta.

good news....HINDI BREAK SILA RICA AND BJ!!!...ininterview si Rica sa MISMO (DZMM - with Joebert Sucaldito, Rochelle Manahan and Miss F) ..at sabi niya hindi sila break at all...that they are very much on, their relationship is much stronger.......

they ask her why these kind of rumors are coming out...ang sagot niya ginagamit lang sila dahil matatag ang relationship nila at para pagusapan yung ibang gustong "SUMIKAT" (i guess pipol alam niyo na kung sino yun!).

the reason why she didn't respond to our questions before regarding this issue is because she was waiting for the PressCon ng beauty product niya na available na sa market ngayon (Rica's Deepest Secret). para daw isang "SAGUTAN" na lang since lahat ng mga reporters ay andun na sa PressCon at hindi na iba-ibang version ang lalabas.

let's just wait for ASAP dahil may celebration si Kixee on Sunday and sabi nga niya, the whole day na hahawakan ni BJ ang kanyang mga kamay. naki-sali pa si Joebert and Miss F, gusto daw nila mahawakan ang kamay din ni BJ the whole day.

The rumor has been spreading that Rica Peralejo and Bernard Palanca (whom Rica fondly calls BJ) have called it quits after going steady for more than three years, no doubt fanned by Sharon Cuneta’s show last Sunday featuring actresses and their "exes," with Rica among the panelists.

Rica has kept mum about the matter, until yesterday when she met the movie press for the launching of her own Rica’s Deepest Secret Calamansi Whitening Soap. Veering away from the discussion of the soap’s "beautifying qualities," Rica said she was talking about her and Bernard once and for all, for all and sundry, hoping to put the (non-)issue to rest.

"No," she said in her husky voice (like Kris Aquino, she has nodules in her throat, that’s why she has stopped smoking), glowing with the "calamansi radiance" of her Rica Soap, "BJ and I haven’t broken up. The truth is that we are into a stage where our relationship is getting better and better, stronger and stronger. It helps that BJ and I are the best of friends."

So close are the lovers (both accepted by their respective families) and Bernard practically lives in the Peralejo home. Because he’s always at Rica’s place all the time, Bernard decided to rent a place next to the Peralejo home.

Rica, pwede bang sabihin mo dun sa staff ng "Morning Girls" na i-check yung tape para malaman kung totoo yung nakita ko. Gusto kong malaman kung ano yung shadow na nakita ko. Thanks! Hi People!!! Takas lang po itong ginagawa ko kasi bukas, start na ng marami kong tests. :( Am bleeding again, and isa pa, bukas na ako bubunutan ng apat na wisdom teeth ko....tapos may EMG test pa kasi wala paring masyadong control *** ryt arm ko. anyway, BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU HERE!!!!!!!!! naiyak na naman ako dahil sa mga greetings nyo...basta, sasagot ako, either tom, or the next day. kasi sabi ng doc ko, i have to sleep early tlaga tonight..... i will be put to sleep kasi tom. tsaka hindi pala ako nakasagot nung sunday night na, which was my plan, kasi maraming nagyari!!!! ill tell you all about it sa tatlong araw kong walang work, yahoooo!!! pray for me, im scared. :( im afraid of needles and mababaw lang tolerance ko sa pain....sabi nila ang masakit daw sa pagbunot ng wisdom, ay yung pag nagwear off na ang gamot.whew! sabi nung iba, baka ni hindi daw ako makapag-comp. ah ewan! basta, whatever happens, kung di ako makasalita, basta maka-PEX lang, diba????
