guys, ano bang maisa-suggest nyo na effective whitening soap na nasa market? Ano yung mga na-try nyo na at siguradong effective at safe?

hindi kasi pantay ang kulay ko sa arms eh. may mark ng tshirt kasi umitim ako nung nag mountain climbing kami. :D

Kojic acid soap and lotion (http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228770&page=6) is effective if used consistently with sun protection :D

If you have oily skin, you may use kojic soap twice a day. But if your skin is dry or combination, you should use it only once a day. As an alternative, use a mild facial wash or soap free cleanser;)
