where can i buy or what brand sells slim fitted clothes. so far i've only seen le frogge.

Just have a budget for it. Most top designers have their fit in current fashion so don't hesitate to ask for it.

a regular men's dress shirt.

It is tailor fitted to show a man's body.

Regular fits are boxy- baggy looking. Slim fit- some have very slight curves to accentuate the upperbody.
