i am a balikbayan that will be in manila and cebu on december, and i was wondering where THE BEST place is to get a diamond peeling for my face, in both cities. id also like to know what are the best hair salons in both cities, since i am big into japanese hairstyles and the jpop/kpop look. also like to get my eyebrows groomed too. :)
