Facial Scar: Contratubex or Rosehips?

I have some minor scarring on my face due to past and recent acne and I've been browsing around for some good scar removers and I've read a lot of talks about both Contratubex and Rosehips Oil. I think it's a toss-up - so if you guys know of these two items and perhaps tell me which one I should try, I'll great appreciate it.

Also, are they both non-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores)? I don't want anymore acne!
