Mole Removal?

Guys i have this small mole above my lip and i want to have it removed. Do you have any idea kung saan pwede and how much will it cost me? Is it painfull and will i have scars?

I had mine surgically removed about 5 years ago. It was located below my left nostril. Masakit nung tinanggal kasi midway through the procedure nag-wear off yung anesthetic. Ouchhhh. So nagsaksak ulit. Oucchh na naman. Pero it healed well and there's no scar. Free yung sa akin kasi sa office clinic lang ginawa - out patient. Pero masakit. :mecry:
