Citi Debit or other Mastercard/VISA in PH

I'd like to preface this with: I did a search if there's an existing thread, but I can't seem to find one

I've seen the commercials, but all the forms there are in http://citibank.com.ph are for credit cards. Not I want Citi Debit, or some other Mastercard/VISA debit cards you can get here in PH. Anyone has their numbers/website/anything that can help me get one? thanks in advance

In the Philippines debit cards are also known as ATM cards cause most ATM cards can be used as debit cards. BDO has one, BPI has one, Equitable has one too.... Just look for Visa Electron or Mastercard Electronic.

any company but citibank. honestly, i don't know why they say that bank's the best in consumer banking. rates are lousy, opening an account is hard, service is the worst.

I used to have a debit card with bpi before and i think equitable is also offering debit visa via visa electron label. :)

try Eon Account by Union Bank much better.

i highly recommend BPI, in my case I got to choose pa kung pang long-term or short-term.. i love their service.. :D

FYI, di po ako promoter or endorser ng BPI ha, just a plain customer :naughty:
