balintuna: mix reactions eh. pero i think its astig pag may tattoo eh. not many people share my opinion though. bad thing about it, di ka na pede mag donate ng blood.

alex010101: dahan dahan din sa pagkuha ng henna tattoo. some henna have ingredients na sobrang harmful sa skin and magkaka allergy ka and it will permanently leave a mark.

gusto ko yung parang sa baka, yung branding.

this weekend baka magpatattoo nako, anong magandang design? iniisip ko thai characters, pero pano yun, wala naman akong inclination sa thai culture, gusto ko lang hitsura. russian characters? arabic? lagot, baka pagkamalang terorista.

pag mga icons naman, gusto ko sana something ethnicky kasi cordilleran ako. pero baka sitahin ako ng elders kapag hindi ko alam ibig sabihin nung papalagay ko. hehe.

when you get to show off your tattoo, you'll always get the question "ano meaning nyan?". hehehe. and then you get to invent diff kinds of meaning for it. :bop:

advice lang, ikaw dapat magisip ng design mo. dont just go to the tattoo place thinking na yung tattoo artist ang mag bibigay ng design for you ah.

you can still donate blood, you have to wait several months though para hindi na-naka mix sa blood mo yung ink.

I have two tattoos. One is an armband - thorns bale, second one is on my back - wings of a dark angel.

I'm getting another one - alibata saying 'pinoy superman' on my right arm.

^It depends on tattoo size ng babae, yoko ng masyadong malaki at sobrang exposed. Small and artistic is good enough.

That's not true. I donate blood every year and I have 3 tattoos.
They just require your tattoo is more than 6 months old before you donate blood.

I wonder why all this obsession with donating blood to getting a tattoo. Some people seem to use it as an excuse to cover up the fact that they are scared to get a tattoo especially when they've never even donated blood or plan to donate blood in the first place.

Yes. My ex-bf drew it for me (buti na lang hinde name niya yung pinalagay ko. :lol: ) It's my zodiac sign. Libra & Scorpio. So it's basically a scorpion holding weighing scales. :)

I had my first two tattoos (my name in sanskrit and the libra-scorpio tattoo) done at Disciple of Arts in Greenhills. Art did both my tattoos.

My 3rd tattoo (white tiger) was done at Skinworks in Cartimar. Ricky wasn't available during that time but Ian who did my 3rd tattoo is equally as talented as Ricky. :up:

I highly recommend Skinworks. :up: When I get my next tattoo it will be done at Skinworks. I'm just thinking of a new design. :)

Tattoos are addicting. :lol:

PS. Some tattoo artist told me malas daw pag-even number yung tattoos. Always get an odd number daw :lol:

always wanted a design graphics-inspired tattoo from my neck down but somehow can’t have it done because of tattoo shops’ prohibitive prices. so i decided to buy a complete tattoo set which i would give away to the artist once my tattoos are done. so now i’m looking for an artist who could work on weekends (i have a place in anonas, project 2) and who’s also into graphics. tattoo experience preferred but not necessary. the idea, really, is to translate graphics design onto my skin, should be awesome! txt me your rates @ (0916)2929-101. will choose best (lowest) offer.
