My favorite moment was when Sam Ekwe slammed one home (ala Shaquille O'Neal dunk) during the 1st round game against MIT. We watched it live and we just erupted after that.

game 3 of the finals syempre, last 20 seconds when Beau Belga missed his jumpshot, i can't believe we're NCAA Champions at last!!! nde ako agad nakapagreact medyo shocked pa ako dahil nakahabol yung PCU from 20 points down.

syempre yung game 3 finals...... saka yung 2nd matchup ng SBC and Letran nung eliminations...kala ko talaga talo na Red Lions, matamlay na nga ako noon eh, hehe, tapos biglang nagrally at nakahabol!! not to mention the huge huge crowd from both squads na jam packed sa araneta! saka yung 3 points ni Escobal sa halfcourt.hehe

Jose Rizal's upset win over Mapua last Aug. 4, 73-69 and another upset win over eventual runner up PCU, 65-63 last Aug. 14. Both wins came during the 2nd round of elimination.

Aside from the game 3 of the Finals..yung 3rd quarter ng game 1..dami highlights..or was it 2nd quarter? Hehe..monster fastbreak dunk ni sam..and then an and1 monster dunk na sumabay si castro..tapos 4 point play ni pong..and then the 3 point play right after it..ganda pa ng seats namin nun sa patron section right in front of the basket..

Dahil I was there and was able to witness it live PCU vs JRU first round game, it was a monday scheduled NCAA game halftime na ako dumating sa NAS...

Hindi televised but yun last 2 minutes ng game down by at least 6 points ang Dolphins... Grabe comeback nila with Espinas getting steal after steal and yung two handed breakaway slam ni Ian Garrido highlight talaga to complete the comeback and get the win for PCU...

Season 82 was more than just basketball for me. The CSB Pep Squad was always in hot water, and this time, MANCOM wasn't directly involved but they knew that our organization will never waiver to authority that deters their right to survive. That game where CSB almost won over San Beda was one memorable moment because the Pep Squad turned into the Burning Legion. Rebels with a cause! :up:
