my answer is finals MVP, because it has a championship that goes with it.

mas importante ang championship than individual awards so para sa akin
mas important ang FINALS MVP kaysa SEASONS MVP. championships gives
honor and pride to the schools, corporations, states and even countries
more than a SEASONS MVP can give. championships is the reason why schools gives scholarship and corporation pays high salaries.

The Season MVP Award can be bestowed to a player whose team failed to make it ot the Finals, but whose individual performance is truly remarkable.

Obviously, the Finals MVP can only come from the champion team.

Both are significant awards and are awarded from different parameters.

Problema lang rito sa NCAA, for the Season MVP, purely statistics ang basehan at walang deliberation. Some would say, its better since you do away with politics and biases in the selection. Dagdag pa nila, numbers don't lie. But we all know of teams with shallow lineup with one above average player getting 30 plus minutes a game. Sa playing minutes pa lang, tiyak lalamang na siya sa statistical race.

Maybe, a little finetuning in the selection process will make the award --Season MVP- more credible here in the NCAA.

As for the Finals MVP, walang isyu dyan.
