Perfume that can last long

Just got envious of my office mate. He smells so freakin' damn nice every time I go near him. I so like him a lot already!!! So, can you name perfume brands that can last long on you? Like when people pass by you, they would automatically smell your scent? Preferably those that smell nice and relaxing, and hookers and old people don't use. Mention the price and where I can find it, too. No imitations, please. I'm female, BTW. Thanks!

Depende siguro sa percentage ng oil content. Oil-based perfumes last long because oil penetrates any porous material (e.g. wood, paper, hair, skin) therefore, oil based perfumes goes through the skin, causing the fragrance to linger longer.

^if thats the case, its the EDT cologne and basically colognes dont last tht long.. and its alcohol based.. if shes refering to VS's EDT(toilette) and EDP(parfum), well it doesnt stay that much also, im referering to Dream Angels EDP and Very Sexy EDP...

if you want longevity, i would suggest Comptoir Sud Pasifique in Amour Cacao (chocolate)... just dont over spray...

yes it depends on the oil content of bottle. Colognes have higher alcohol and are meant to be reapplied. perfumes being more expensive have more oil content and last longer. also it depends on your skin. if you have oily skin, fragrances will last longer. have you tried layering fragrances? that works too.

sa mga tiangge na biyahera ang may-ari mas mura ang bath and body /victoria's secret... sa cinderella, sobrang mahal! meron din sa mga kiosks sa mga mall (festival supermall, etc), mga 600 php.

pero ako kasi nakukuha ko ang supply ko either pasalubong sa akin or pinapabili ko sa states... right now, midyear sale, buy 1, take 1 dun ngayon (so bale 2 for $10) :D

Choose Eau de Parfum over Eau de Toilette. Mas matagal ang staying power nG EDP, yong EDT minsan sandali lang saka you should re apply after mga six hours.

Chanel perfumes generally last long. I spray on Allure in the morning and just before I take a shower at night I still smell it on my wrists.:)

1. Estee Lauder Pleasures - dami nagtanong sakin kung ano perfume. bango daw. And its not hard on the nose. Medyo expensive na nga lang. P3K+ last time I checked.
*Body Shop White Musk perfume oil - Ito yung nasa small round bottles. U only need a small drop & the smell will last d whole day. If u have some oil left sa fingers mo, u can pass on d smell to somebody else (lyk ur crush! haha). Another perfume that received compliments.
* Body Shop Moonflower - Kilalang-kilala na to sa mga girls.
* Victoria Secret's Love Spell or Romantic Wish - Mild & sweet. I don't sneeze after I put on Victoria Secret body splash.
*Gap Dream - Bango din to. Smells casual & light. Pero sabi ng ENT ko, malakas pa rin sa kanya. Who cares??!

bulgari extreme (for men) works for me...nalabhan at naplantsa na ang damit ko, kapit pa rin ang amoy...makipagsiksikan man ako sa lrt tuwing umaga't hapon, alam kong mas nangingibabaw yung amoy ng bulgari kesa sa pawis nung ibang commuters na kasabay ko. :p

i suggest you alternate your perfume.. dont use just one coz tendency is, you're going to be immune to the smell - meaning, umaalingasaw na pala yung smell, you still think you dont have enough perfume on. hehe.

anyways, of all the perfumes that ive tried in the past, i think the ff last longer than the others..

i like elizabeth arden's green tea also but mabilis mawala. and D&G's light blue also. and Gap Dream. i all love their smell but after a couple of hours, i feel as if the smell has worn off..

I think you'll have to ask other people to smell you to see if the scent has actually worn off. Syempre if you've been wearing the scent for hours already, your sense of smell will have been immune to it by the time you think it's worn off.

Not sure though, since perfumes have different reactions to different skins. For some, the scent would last long, sa iba hindi.

Sa mga perfumes ko, GUCCI ENVY ang may pinakamatagal. Nakakahilo nga nga lang.

^^^Well yeah I guess it depends on your body chemistry. Cuz sa kin hindi tumatagal yung Clinique, Gap, Gucci Envy Me, the Lacoste perfumes (Touch of Pink, Inspiration, Touch of Sun) and Hugo perfumes.. So dapat try mo sa spray sa wrist or body mo bago ka bumili, libot ka muna sa mall and check mo ulit after several minutes saka mo bilhin.
Pero sobrang halos all day tumatagal sa kin yung Guess perfumes (Guess and Guess Gold), D&G Light Blue, Escada Rockin' Rio, Thierry Mugler Angel, Estee Lauder Pleasures (daming nag complement sa perfume na 'to try mo din Estee Lauder Pleasures Intense) and Bvlgari Au The Blanc.. Oh and Chanel no. 5, sobrang classic scent na hehe pero tagal din.
I buy my perfumes usually sa Rustans sa Alabang Town Center, or sa SM Malls, pinakamura sa mga perfume yung Guess and Guess Gold (2thou lang yata bili ko each).
Kung gusto mo ng original na perfume pero super mura (P500 to P1000 difference from Rustans) meron din "tiangge" ng perfume sa Alabang Town Center dun bumibili yung mga artista ng perfume (Jolina Magdangal, etc.). I forgot the store's name though. :(

the trick is in layering. you need to organize all your body stuff so that they will enhance one another. from shower gel/body wash to your lotion, and then perfume or cologne. all these will help to make your signature fragrance last longer. so they should have at least similar base scents.

montecarloyung main line nila is White Moss, eto yung pinaka-saleable daw. it's supposed to be a unisex scent. you should prolly try it on yourself to see if it's your type of scent. i like it though.:)
