we already tried this, for a week and a half already. its working naman as far as I can say. lets see na lang sa long run. mga 6 lbs na nabawas sa amin within a week at 1 in sa waistline.

Anyhoo...
I took 4 caps in 4 days... grabe ang palpitations ko and super dizzy ako..
I stop taking it.. Kakatakot.. I guess it not hiyang sakin... I lost 3lbs though..

I'd rather go for the natural ways of losing weight... than taking diet 'scary' pills...

that's risky nga if you lost 3lbs in less than a week. 1lb/week is advisable daw by losing weight the natural way. ako when i started working early 2005 i gained like 25lbs. kaka-depress. then syempre diet ako together with badminton and pilates. i dont eat rice everyday, minsan lang pag ngccrave and pag masarap ulam but i eat in moderation. same with sweets and pasta. over the year, i lost 20lbs. Be patient.

Because I'm stupid, I tried this. I had palpitations and difficulty of breathing, and I was cold and clammy all over. Needless to say I'm never trying this ever again.

iba naman ang effect ko dito... guys dont try it... (i meant boys) i took it for five days lang day 2 pa lang napansin ko na walang activity yung pnis ko... akala ko lang stress lang to... pero nung day 4 going to day five, wala pa rin(flag ceremony sa umaga) kaya natakot na ako, dahil baka sa sex life ko o baka yung tinetake ko.... so... i stop taking the pills... after a few days... AYAN! bumalik ang sigla! hehehe haay natakot na ako nun....

yeah same question. how can you be sure original yung nabili when it's not even regulated? saka sa mura ba naman nun pepekein pa.
