Second Degree

HI! :)
I am a graduate of B.S. Biology in UST and wants to have a
second degree of A.B. History in UP.
Is it possible?
What are the requirements?
Do I still have to take the UPCAT?
Do I have to take the other basic units like starting as 1st year college student again or just the core units of A.B. History?
Please advise anyone :)
