If you are gifted at may ibubuga ang undergraduate degree grades mo - US, Japanese and UK schools are offering scholarships. Do the legwork while you are working now dahil matagal din ang process. Sa US go to the website of Harvey Mudd College-for math ,engineering and science majors. Caltech and Harvard too if you qualify kunting expenses lang. The sad part is -they will usually entice you to stay after your studies. Good Luck:)

I would be very surprised if any agencies can help. Most of the time, you need to apply to the US schools directly. They have some financial aid and fellowships for those who are outstanding.

There may be some special government or private Philippine scholarships for students going abroad and I don't know anything about that.

But if any agency says they could help you get into Caltech or MIT for Phd or Wharton or Kellogg for MBA, I would just assume that they are being ... uhh...
"creative with the truth."

I haven't heard of an agency helping out foreign students. I think you need to apply directly to the school which you are interested in. To date, Harvard is the most selective out of the Ivy League schools. If you're into science, apply at UC San Diego. Liberal arts, go to Macalester College in Minnesota. If you're into Arts, SCAD is the way to go. But, you really need to be outstanding in your academics, you must have leadership potential, and deep community involvement.

Well you can go directly to the embassies of the countries were the schools are and inquire. Usually they have scholarships to offer. If you're a government employee, go to NEDA, they've got scholarships there too.

Waste of time and money. Dumirecho ka na sa mga embassies at schools. They will guide you for free.
