Quality wise...pareho lang yung benta sa Greenhills at dun sa AE store...so who knows? Seriously, don't bother with AE. Pambahay lang yan ng mga kano...same goes with Gap and Old Navy.

yep.. most branded stuff are made in the philippines, mura kasi ang labor. i think it is wrong to say pambahay lang ng mga kano ang AE, Gap and the likes. in the first place wala naman silang "pambahay" mentality tulad sa pinas. don't give the wrong impression na cheap ang AE, GAP, etc coz they're not. Different brands cater to different social classes.

Mas maganda pa nga quality ng Folded & Hung kaysa AE, Gap, at Old Navy. Meron din ako mga Gap at Old Navy na damit na binili sa states...pagka compare mo sa greenhills...sakto...same labels and same quality...hehehe. Kahit nga A&F, sakto din...napabili nga ako ng mga shorts e...hehehe.

banana republic > GAP > old navy

i think AE is almost in the same level as BR

AE must be comfortable then :lol: . pambahay ng kano, pambahay ng intsik, pambahay ng pinoy, siyempre bahala na ang bumibili ng damit kung saan nya isusuot. kung shirts syempre pambahay, pang-gimik, pang-weekend. hirap kasi sa yo limitado lang isip mo sa shirts. engot! panggap ka pa!

i agree with you lonely_pinoy. i dress for comfort as well but i'm not too brand conscious. i'm comfortable with AE so i patronize their product. summer is just around the corner and i love AE's summer collection.

what is cheap for someone may not be cheap for everyone else. some people find h&m cheap like some people find AE or whatever else cheap. i.e. i find topshop affordable but kamiseta expensive. quality vs price nga. AE for me is okay pang everyday, but would not buy like i would at other brands.
