anyone here flunked a subject which you had to take up all over again?

yup. it was so bad i had to repeat my freshman year in another law school. as in, all subjects, 35 units. :crazy:

yep! a couple of times.
dati nung high school ako sabi ko sa sarili ko na wala akong ibabagsak na subject. nagkamali pala ako ng akala, hindi pala ganun kadali sa college.

As far as the final grades for subjects are concerned, HINDI PA! Pero kung based sa mga long exams, and short quizzes, a couple of times.

not yet in college kung final grades... quizzes and exams sangkaterba na... but way back in hs nakakuha ako ng 2.75 sa physics 1st quarter 4th yr then 4 calculus 1st quarter din 4th yr saka 3 sa econ ke vlad buti na lang napasa ko lahat pagdating ng 4th quarter (2.5 yung passing)... so far yun palang ang mga naging bagsak ko hehehe...

so far, i didn't fail naman sa final grades ko in college.

but wayback in hs, i got a 3.0 in physics2 (junior year), and another 3.0 in physchology (senior year). both of those tragic grades appeared in the 1st quarter.. sheesh! passing grade for math & science subjects is 2.5.. beyond that, u would be UP! UNDER PROBATION.. luckily, i was able to elevate both to 2.25 the following quarter.. and was able to elevate it further to i think 2.0 to 1.75.

but hey! here's a funny thing.. wayback in ateneo grade school in computer education subject, i got 94%for the 1st quarter exam.. i was glad about it.. i did't really mind for the next quarter.. but to my dismay, aargh! my grade went down to a very horrifying one.. 74%! and apparently, it's a failing mark! but amazingly, i marked a HUNDRED percent (100%) in the 3rd quarter exam.. and got a 90something% in the finals..
