Jeffrey Que is the most diverse person in the group. Banker by profession; Botanist by degree at University of Santo Tomas; Chef, Barista and Artist by heart. Having worked in the Sales and Marketing Division for a renowned local bank branch, some of the courses he completed are Risk Management, Continuous Improvement (Problem Analysis and Product Development) and Creative Selling. Knowledgeable and skilled in the fields of Landscaping, Ikebana and Floral Arts. Has over two years of working experience as barista, coffee recipe developer and café manager and has taken a Coffeeology course at the Coffee Industry of the Philippines. Creative and well-read in the different disciplines of art, including music. Paints, performs and directs in his free time. Art Film Aficionado. Was a creative director for a newsletter of a National Catholic Organization and taught Chinese Painting for the left-handed at the age of fourteen. Conceptualized the advertisements and events for a Parish. Was a member of the UST Pharmacy Glee Club, studied music rudiments and solfegges. Cooks and develops menus - a food critic.



Arlene Thay, a Marketing and Flower Arranging practitioner; has four years of working experience in the field of sales, operations, events, consumer promotions, joint promotions, lay outing, research and print. Has more than three years of working experience in flower arranging for weddings, special occasions bouquets and concept flower arrangements. A Marketing Management degree holder at De La Salle University, part of the team who won Best Research Paper in De La Salle University for practicum research papers during first term, S.Y. 1998. ADASIA ’97 Volunteer. J. Walter Thompson Reach Out Program participant. Guthrie Jensen certificate holder for Supervisory Skills. TLRC (Technology and Livelihood Resource Center) certificate holder in Corsage and Bouquet Making and Fresh Flower Arrangement Operations and Management. Managed the newsletter of a National Catholic Organization. Conceptualized and made the layout of various visual merchandising materials for her present company.



Vangie Yu, a Marketing degree holder at the Assumption College gives new meaning to Events Management. Aside from being a student leader, she was also active in various extracurricular activities, from planning, implementation up to controlling. Management, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing and Sales are just a few skills she gained during college. Her skills were further enhanced when she worked for an events company as an Events Coordinator.



Erika Que, a student leader from elementary to college. Attended several leadership training seminars and handled various events and extra-curricular programs at school. An entrepreneur at a young age. Used her skills to earn and was already handling her finances at the age of eighteen. Completed a course on Basic and Advanced Chocolate Molding at the Castle of Baking and Confectionery Art. HRIM student in DLSU-CSB. Covered courses in Catering, Menu Planning, Management, Marketing. Handled the youth ministry of a parish organization for a time.



Cheryl Chua, a degree-holder in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University. Part of the team who won the top prize in Marketing Research Plan in intra-school competition. Gained experience in operations by joining Jollibee Foods Corporation immediately after graduation. Ranked one of the highest in her class on the rigorous Managerial Certification Exam during her first few days in the company. Completed the Basic Management Program at Asian Institute of Management, which covers Decision Making, Financial Planning, and Operations Management in March 2002.
