question to those who are taking their graduate studies in the US

do you guys have any idea what's the required GMAT grade (or cutoff) for decent grad schools (preferably in California, Boston, Florida area)? not ivy league schools like wharton, harvard, princeton, etc but probably a notch lower (like state universities with decent graduate degree programs).

and is it really necessary to take TOEFL?

and how much does it cost to take GMAT and TOEFL?

and are scholarships open to non-US citizens?
