Remember Typhoon Reming? We didn't have electricity for 4 days. and me and my cousin stayed in this hotel. It only cost P450 for 12 hours and P800 for 24 hours... They start counting the time you have checked in. Meaning they do not have cut-off time like other hotel. Some say that it's a motel, well kasi sobra old na yun hotel..They have really big rooms. if sleep lang naman kelangan mo, pwede na to... I love their Chicken Mami. hehehe....

May point ka. Hindi naman one whole day ka na magste-stay sa hotel. Pwede ka namang magliwaliw sa malls so ok na ang hostel na yan.

We stayed at the UP Bahay Alumni hostel in Diliman. 900 pesos/day ang rate pero nalibre ako kasi 4 kami eh. Then, panahon pa yun ng paghagupit ni Milenyo sa Manila so mahina ang flow ng water. Ok na sa akin ang may matulugan ako (airconditioned room pa rin), may maliguan at may mapag-iwanan ng gamit.

well I can't totally guarantee safety, since it's in burgos area. But it's near a convenience store and bakery and a korean restaurant. It's near Kalayaan Avenue and the corner of JP Rizal and burgos. that side of burgos is not as 'wild" as the side near jupiter st.

It's also near Friends and Neighbors Rsto and Wendy's so you'll never go hungry.

Ayala Commercial Center is just a jeepney ride away. Rockwell Center is walking distance.

The rooms are clean by the way.

yung mga rooms naman nila for two are really clean...basta wag ka alng mag kuripot and settle for their mabuhay rooms(which are old rooms)...the newly renovated ones are really really worth every cent

No problem, which condotel did you book in? My roomate and I stayed at Prince Plaza II in front of Greenbelt. Location was definitely a plus!!

Anyway if you decide to head on to Mall of Asia just take the MRT to Taft and then I believe there are jeepnies around in the area that will take you to Mall of Asia. Goodluck, have fun and keep your eyes open. Oh by the way during my vacation FEB. 2005, there was also a bombing in Makati. My cousins and I were fortunate enough not to be in the area but we saw the bombing (smoke rising) from Pier One at the Fort in Global City.

yes makati apartelle less than 1 k for an ac room and tv, you have your own toilet, kusina and sala its near the wet market so if you want luto luto ur own its great for you its just in pasong tamo going north from buendia going to ayala you can ride a jeep or a taxi. they have a guard and a big dog in the reception but the dog is friendly pero nakakatokot ang itsura ang laki kasi but i think marami na nakakaalam sa apartelle na ito kaya dapat magpareserve ka doon para makakuha ng kwarto

they will give discount if you will rent by month or week. about the contact number i dont know if i still have it 3 years na kasi yun check ko na lang sa bahay pag uwi ko kung meron pa yun

Hi, this is what they call "day rooms". Pwede sana ang day rooms kaya lang if you're going in at around 8am you have to check out ng checkout time ng hotel which is normally 12nn. Otherwise, you have to pay for the next night already - you might check with their reservations department if they can have you check out ng 6pm pero usually hindi - depende kung full occupancy ang hotel.

Price? Usually it's lower than the regular rate pero not half of the regular rate.

sorry if uber late na itong reply ko. we had a party at atrium last nov at super dami namin sa room. di sila strict. nag-magic sing pa nga kme...hehehe...super ingay din namin. at mga 6 kme na nag-overnight sa room. malaki yung room kaya puwede kayo mag-ballroom...hehehe...have fun!:D
