Hello, I'm a 3rd year Mass Communication student, and we are doing an investigative report on Sangguniang Kabataan.
Do you think it is time to abolish it? Is Sangguniang Kabataan doing its job of promoting the morale of the Filipino youth so they can be a catalyst for change? Are the officers of SK living up to their oath of upholding the youth? Do we still need SK?
