depends on the basis.. is it from the number/percentage of applicants/graduates of a certain program?
the efficiency/effectivity or the fraction it decreases from the unemployment rate?
or the percentage of successful grads over non-successful grads of that particular degree/program?
considering the statements above, my opinions would be:
10 Science related courses as pre-med (Bio, Chem, etc.)
9 Business / Advertising / Marketing
8 Law
7 Medicine
6 Engg' (considering its wide range of majors)
5 english certificate programs (for call center applicants)
4 education (or at least education units)
3 computer related courses
2 other medical courses (PT, MedTech)
1 nursing

6 Engg' (considering its wide range of majors)
Wide range of majors with a wide range of jobs.
Many engineering grads were also in the Call Centers, IT,
Business / Advertising / Marketing, Customer Service, Academe,
Computer related courses etc...
...and its highly marketable in the any industry here or abroad.
