Is it possible? :) But if I had my way, I'd love to be able to go to the spa every week!

hmm yah is it possible? one of my biggest dreams is to be able to buy a house in the italian countryside. Fix up the house, cook great food, and not be worried about anything like money...so i guess that would be relatively stress free?

would have to be a life free from thinking too much of working to pay for the bills.
i'd want more than anything else to spend life reading my favorite books, surfing the net, cooking meals for my loved ones, gardening.
alas life is not that easy.

I think the only time you can actually say you're totally stress-free is when you're already buried 6 feet beneath the ground. ;) Stress isn't really so bad...it makes life more exciting, and you learn to appreciate both big and little things more. Can you imagine going through life without a single stress? It will drive you nuts in just a few days.

Mine is going home and not having to think much about work, being able to go out with my friends and then eating as much chocolate as I can without getting pimples, and then sleeping for at least 7 hours! :D

basically: shopping, decorating the house, a little cooking / baking, constant travelling, more shopping, reading good books, having lunch and coffee with the girls, watching plays/musicals, shopping....

if you don't have any stress in life, then that will be boring, don't you think? too much stress naman eh di naman maganda sa health mo.
here is my suggestion:
live a simple life---less is more. live today not yesterday and not tomorrow. appreciate what you have and don't dwell on what you could have and what you didn't have. don't create a burden where there need not be one. don't create a problem where none exists.

Magiging walang halaga ang buhay mo kung wala kang stress -
it will be boring.... money=utang.
sabi nga ni Milan Kundera, mahirap at "unbearable lightness of being".
