Yeah, most of the time when I go out on the weekends when my outfit is backless. I do wear a nipple cover though (a star-shaped, sticker like nipple covering you can buy at the mall). It's available at Robinsons-May here in LA.

I also go completely bra-less when wearing certain outfits that require them during photo shoots. It's not a big deal to me.
