Just wondering, do you guys know about this new place in Timog? Nice place, good band, pretty good food (not the calamares though)... Have you guys gone there?

Been there. :D It felt like going inside a freezer. Food was so-so, but the place is okay in general.

what kind of bands play there? and how's the crowd? someone suggested auditioning there...

The bands that perform there are ok. For example, for this month, OPUS, New Jack City. Ateneo band, Fluid also played there last month. Ya, it's a good place to try out. Try mo rin, Art AVe in front of UA&P but it's a small place so dapat mellow lang ***** yung band mo.

The bands playing there are usually ones that are just starting out. The crowd isn't the Makati-type crowd, but it's decent naman, predominantly 20-ish for the 1st floor area, and high school and older guys for the 2nd floor area (where the gaming rooms and billiards are)-- no dirty old men or sugar mommy types. Yeah, it's a good idea to have your band audition here. The place is fairly new.

I think you're still subject to the P100 cover charge before you can go to the second floor to play.

My uncle owns the place. It's nice to know what other ppl think about it :) Can you guys suggest which bands you would like to see play? Actually, they want new ones..the bands that are just starting..so suggest naman :) Thanks!
