What are the best things to have and wear so that we could go out and not worry about the rain and still be fashionable???

A well-tailored trenchcoat and kicka** boots. Keeps you dry, and looks utterly cool.

That's the one in Megamall 2nd floor Building B, very near the parking area. I got it for around P3000. They usually run out of trench coats, so you just have to check whether they have new stocks. Although I think it would be more appropriate if you checked in Linea Uomo (for guys). ;) You can also try Corso Marconi in Makati, when I went there last they had several types of trench coats for guys.
