call center doing support services only

hi! anyone have an idea if there is a call center doing support services only? ...ive been searching for this....im more interested in doing reports, research..just mainly paper works....dont wanna make/receive calls anymore...cc peeps kindle give me any info about this.... :) thanks!

I think you are looking for a BPO company and not a call center. Accenture is an example of this. Try mo dun. They usually have ads sa jobstreet.
