korea and japan... not as cheap as bangkok but their products are very very unique. good quality rin.

USA- especially california coz they have lots of outlets....but i heard new jersey is a good place to shop to kasi tax free ata??? or is it philadelphia?

new york- expensive...but it's where you'll see manolo blahnik, tiffany, jimmy choo, mikimoto, ferragamo, prada, kenneth cole... all in one city.

USA because they have lots of outlet malls. Sobrang mura ****. And if you want designer clothes, Fifth Avenue in New York is a paradise.

Singapore-shops and malls everywhere
Paris- even better than New York and you can get things that are not available in the US
Italy- same as Paris, also shoe heaven
Bangkok- good souvenir items for cheap

Ditto ewanko2. I think London and Tokyo are grand shopping havens too. They house a myriad of items that NY doesnt have.

New York -- the best city in the world where you could find not only the most expensive things but also the cheapest bargains if you know where to find them. Maraming 99 cents store at kapag nag-sale wow sarap talaga mamili. Iyong clearance price may additional cut pa! Try the flea markets (especially if iyong nagbebenta just want to clear up their closets) where you could buy designer's clothes at yap 1 dollar or 50 cents lang! Basta matiyaga ka lang maghukay-hukay.

I love the Staten Island Mall and the outlet stores sa New Jersey.

When I was working sa bandang Upper West Side sa malapit sa Riverside Park I loved walking around during the day na kino-collect ang mga garbage na puwedeng i-recycle because marami akong napupulot na mga books na bagong-bago pa at still on display sa bestsellers' list sa Barnes & Noble.

Shopping Capital?

THE WHOLE WORLD!

 Halata bang hindi mapili. I don't know about shopping capital since I shop everywhere I go. But the best places I've gone to shop are:

*Orchard Road, Singapore
*Galleria, Glendale, California
*Hongkong
*Oxford Street, London, England

The best ever! Everytime I go there, at the end of the day, hindi ko malaman kung paano ko kakargahin lahat ng napamili ko.

Hehe. ;)
