never been out on a gimmick

i'm 22, but i can count on the fingers of my right hand the number of times i've been out on a gimmick at night. i feel like i'm missing out on a lot, although there are still the remaining few like me who've never been out on gimmicks at my age. i'm no nerd or geek, but problem is, i live very, very far from my friends so walang willing maghatid-sundo, and my parents are also not that open to the idea of gimmicks. nakakainis!!!! mayroon din bang mga katulad ko ngayon??? is this normal??

pinagdaanan ko na rin iyang buhay na iyan. ngunit ng ako ay tumuntong sa edad na 30, doon ako nagsimulang lumabas at maka ulayaw ang mundo. wala pang 2 taon, sawa na ako. balik na sa dati kong tahimik at simpleng paraiso ng tahanan.

ok lang yan, I wouldn't say you're missing anything. usually, sa gimmiks, nothing really exciting happens, you go out, get drunk, talk (or try to talk kasi it's hard to understand each other with all the loud music around you), and finally go home wasted, tired, and usually broke.

I'm 24 and sawa na ako sa gimmiks, i'd rather just stay home with a good book or with a good movie playing.

hay naku buttons... dont worry. i feel the same way.. pero hey i just turned 19. baka pag tanda ko maka gimik din ako... pero di din naman kasikailangan na gumimik ng hanggang umaga paramag enjoy eh! :D

Don't worry buttons, kasi gano'n din naman ako. I'm turning 23 this year pero I can't really say na I've been out on a gimmick that often. Mahirap kasi naging situation ko. Nasa school maghapon, then pag-uwi sa bahay, usually super tired na to even think of going out! Then on weekends naman, I have a job to tend to kaya no free time talaga. Pero ngayon, I'm finally done with school, sana naman, may time na'kong gumimik!
