Im not really a bodybuilder, just a fan of their products. So far Ive tried yung gluthothione nila and yung GNC Megamen.. Effective naman yung dalawa lalo na yung megamen.. parang sustagen.. Ano ba yng mga products nila dun na pampaganda ng kutis.. Yung protein bars ba nila effective? I want to gain some lean mas po kasi..

GNC = extremely expensive. Find alternatives.

Hair, Skin and Nails nila.. ok rin. i tried it to fix my hair but then, you really don't need to spend that much...

Pwede rin Biotin... only 300+... it strengthens the hair. :)

GNC is not just for bodybuilders. I'm not a bodybuilder but I'm actually a GNC Gold Card member and I get discounts on products so I suggest you get a Gold Card if you plan on buying products there regularly.

^Yup! agree! Especially if you buy stuff worth Php5,000+++, get a Gold Card... that way, it would come out cheaper in the end! :)

I'm into their multi-vitamins (Mega and Vitamin C with Rosehips) and supplements (Triple Ginseng and Garlic Capsules).

Okay I must admit, I've tried their 'increase your virility' products, the one I mentioned above (Triple Ginseng or Korean Ginseng with Royal Jelly) is good, so is Oyster Extract.........mas astig at mas lumalaban (ang aking si Pedro...ooops!)

yup best time to get a gold card this month.. if u but something above 1500 yung discount mga 500 na din yun.. so parang libre na din.. 25% kasi gold card members ngayon.. plus you will bes subscribe to letlive and physique magazin.. dalawa yung though manipis ***..
