I just bought a beautiful, beautiful fuschia blazer from a tiangge in Theater Mall Greenhills.
I saw lots of other jacket types being sold there. Price range is from 800-1000

I get most of my jackets and blazers from the Surplus Shop--they're cheap and of good quality (overruns, no damage). A black velvet blazer cost me about Php400.
