Messenger Bag Questions

I'm not sure about how in fashion or how passe using messenger bags is but I've got a few questions.

What's a nice-looking yet durable messenger bag fit for books and such? Not too bulky though.

Brands?

What are the prices? Reasonable?

Crumpler (http://www.crumpler.com.au/) has good bags, but they're a bit on the pricey side. You can find them at Digital Walker branches.

You're probably be more interested in their computer and photography bags. Their "messenger" line is designed for use by actual bike couriers.

Real NYC bike couriers would go for Timbuk2 (http://www.timbuk2.com/) and Chrome (http://www.chromebags.com/). These have nifty features like strap fittings for radios/cellphones, additional straps for better stability on the bike, etc.

i would reconsider buying one if the looks of the bags are worthe the killer tag price kaso hindi e lol i guess they arent made for show but more of "high end qualityyyyyyyyy" :rotflmao:

tumi bags is available at rustan's but its a bit pricey i think it around 8k and up....
The best alternative is kipling bags available at rustan's price is around 1.8to 2.5k depends on the design...they're sturdy and stylish pa w/ monkey mascot chain included...

jack spade's is neat. i love the way they managed to come up with a product that's tops in form, function and value-for-money. on the slightly high end, i got one from miu-miu a few years back and it's still okay. sturdy and timeless design. not faddish.

springfield, salt carry good messenger bags as well aside from those mention above, kenneth cole, tumi, crumpler, rustans carry various high end brand as well, you could also check out marlboro classics

i love tumi! d messenger bag cost P9K but if you're looking for cheaper alternatives, may messenger bag ang samsonite, rustans, mga P2K. meron din echolac sa sm or punta ka sa mga travel luggages store.
