Products to Whiten Neck?

Hello, I'm a bit fair on the face and the body, yet my neck is darker than my face thus making me look unnatural. Is it because I don't put lotion on the neck (nivea whitening lotion) only on the body? Someone said that the neck is more sensitive than the rest of the body and I shouldn't put lotion on it, is this true?
What effective cream or any product that can whiten my neck so my body and face would look more even? Should I just use the lotion on the neck?

here's a tip: whatever you use on your face to whiten it, use it on your neck too... you must not miss the neck.

use kojic or papaya soap for your neck tapos don't ue whitening soap muna... just use papaya soap on your neck until maging pantay siya with the rest of your body.. :)

sorry, hindi po ako maitim o moreno at higit sa lahat hindi ako naging insecure sa kulay ng balat ko.

what's sadder (is there such a term?!) is presenting your saklolo potions on every whitening thread eh halos isang tao lang naman ang gumagawa.
