Where can people buy cheap cellphones?

Where? I have a small budget and I want a 3210 or 6150. What i really want is a 7110 but I couldn't afford that. So where could I buy just one cos the other ads says that one has to buy in bulk.

I know of 3210s that will only cost you less than 6 thou. But it's part of networking. That means that you have to find 3 other people under you who'll have 3 other ppl under them who'll buy fones. Ngik, why would you want a Nokia 3210 from Finland? Mine's from Finland, and its predictive texting option does not recognize Filipino, unlike China's. Asian-made 3210's are more expensive and more sought-after than Europe's because it "understands" Tagalog. Lugi tuloy ako! :)
