The Last Great Sale of the Century is happening on December 24, 1999 - January 2, 2000 at the World Trade Center. It's a grand mark-down sale of factory overruns, seconds and other consumer bargains. This giant bazaar, under the auspices of the Philippine Retailers Association, is conceptualized as the ideal shopper's paradise, who will buy straight out of the factory's vans rolled into the the World Trade Center complex or from a tented, flea-market set-up.
