well do you know how to get to divisoria mall or tutuban mall, for starters? if you start from either one then you just need to get there a lot easier. coz i just wanna make sure you know the vicinity first or else you'll get lost.

minsan kse dun na sila dumadaan or if not, baba ka infront tutuban mall and across it is benson drugstore nasa likod lang nun ang 168mall.

well if you know U-belt area in recto, take the jeep there. from there the jeep will head to tutuban or the north harbor area. from tutuban mall, just ask any pedicab driver na gumagala duon.

i would love to give you exact details but something tells me you'll get lost. i think it would be best if you go there with a friend who at least been there.

oh and parking is a b!tch over there. lalo na malapit siya sa eskwelahan. tapos may tinayo pang bagong mall sa dating kinatatayuan ng manila's finest. :D

uhm..why not just go there by taxi? if ever hinde alam ng driver kung saan yung 168 then sabhin mo na *** sa tutuban. tapos pag nasa tutuban ka na.. tanong mo na *** sa mga tao dun kung saan yng 168. super lapit *** kasi **** e. hinde ka mawawala :)

Saka ka ng LRT2, baba ka ng Recto station, then ride the jeep going to Divisoria. Pag nakita mo na yung Tutuban, in front of that, meron Chinese drugstore (Benson ata) and go straight papasok. You'll see 168 Mall. Madali lang. :)

buendia taft? nyek. you'd cover a lot of traffic! :mecry:
but to answer ur question, dadaan ka sa taft tapos, you can either 1) daan to legarda - recto - left sa masangkay (iwas traffic po), right sa soler (you'll see a christian building sa right side) - straight ahead (168 na!) or go to tutuban (parking!) - walk na *** to 168 (enter the street where benson drugstore is) tapos go straight ahead ***.

or 2) daan ka sa may city hall - up the bridge towards binondo - binondo - right sa bridge (near metrobank bldg/slimmers world) - left sa may soler - straight ahead (168 na!)



btw, may hollisters/ae/ abercrombie nga daw ba sa 168?????

been there. :) i bought a pair of swim wear for only 350 ata! nagsisi pa ako kasi i bought one the other day at yvonne for P1000+ eh mukhang pareho lang! at 168, sobrang mura talaga :) Esp if you buy in bulk :)

O kaya sakay ka LRT tapos baba ka ng tayuman, then ride a jeep paputang Pritil, tapos sa Pritil sakay kang Divisoria den yun na, lakad ka na lang maiksi lang yun. :)

After the highly publicized Bureau of Customs raid a couple of months ago which reportedly was upon the prodding of the SM Group, 168 mall re-opened to the public last April 26. Below is a quote from one of the tenants:

ang husay talaga ng 168 mall, di ko inexpect na ilan araw palang balik na ang sigla ng mall! parang walang nangyaring raid! as of today, 90% open na! as for me, same parin selling price ko hindi naman ako na raid kasi 100% local ang items ko. pero mga imported products, instead na tumaas, lalo pa BUMABA! diko sure bakit. i guess baka malaki nawala sa kanila they need to liquidate para makabawi, or baka almost 2 months natengga ang mga goods they need to sell it fast baka matapos na summer magbago na ang fashion at malaos ang mga damit nila. alam mo naman mga chinese, basta balik pera ok lang bawi nalang sa susunod. pero 1 particular store may nga 10 pesos, 20 pesos, up2 100pesos (dati 350 each)! na water damage daw kasi habang nasa warehouse ng customs. anyway, sana tuloy tuloy na at wala na mainggit uli baka maudlot na naman ang negosyo natin...:)

what do you mean by walang k ms vanda? :) i always thought ang ka-category ng 168 are tutuban, divisoria mall, greenhills, st francis square etc...and mas mura talaga most goods (although some are surprisingly mall-priced, as in sm/robinsons price range)

hehe hindi branded yun bag unlike juicy. Plain leather bag lang. my friend was very sure na same bag lang talaga chineck niya mabuti and hindi branded kaya hindi fake yun sa 168. :)

Nag re-open na po ang 168 mall nung April 26. But was not able to check if nagbago yung store hours. Dati kasi 7 AM, bukas na. Pero yung ibang mga tyangge sarado. Mga 10 AM, bukas na lahat ng tyangge nun at madami na din tao.....

May nagsabi na mas bumaba daw prices sa 168 ngayon.....haven't check, kasi hindi pa ako makabalik, wala kasi time.

I condemn & pity people who patronize smugglers.You don't know the real story behind it. The same smugglers also supply the other malls. It's just that 168 tenants mark up their goods 10-20% while the other malls, particularly those owned by the taipans, mark up their goods 40-200%.

that shop isn't inside 168 mall. it's outside. nsa soler street near the police precint. once in 168 find mo *** papunta driveway between main bldg and annex bldg. labas k. lakad k konti. makkta mo n *** store. the store s labs may malaking tarpulin ng products. iba-iba binebenta dun. clothes, tela, toys, etc.

mas mura talaga sa 168 kung ico-compare mo sa st. francis square. i saw a necklace sa 168 na binebenta nila for 150 pesos then i saw the same necklace sa st. francis square at ang benta nila... 450... naman.

shopping i let my girl do that. taga bit bit lang ako ng gamit. okay pa sa greenhills I think. but more expensive compared sa 168.
