It's just so difficult for a working student like me who is awake for more than 16 hours a day - 6x a week :mecry: , just to send himself to a Law School. Now, I've got a homework due on Tuesday. Interview a Legal Practitioner!

I don't have the luxury to search for an accomodating lawyer and my sked is loaded the whole weekend!

Can Anyone in the Legal World share their wisdom on this matters?

*How do you conduct your legal research?
*The most effective techniques in legal research.
*How long it would take the research.
*The procedure of the whole legal research.
* The real thing going on in the legal research and not just what we have studied or taught in Law school.

I prefer those who are not members of the faculty. I don't know, sort of intimidated and besides I can't conduct an interview.

With the time constraint, gusto ko sana... magbigay na lang ng questionnaire.

why not search the net to find some answers. if your gonna be a lawyer you really need to be resourceful. searching for evidence for a client that you are trying to defend is somewhat doing a research my dad who happens to be a lawyer during his younger days was a working student during the day and at night studying law. same as your experiencing right now, you really need to fit all of this things in your schedule.
