masyado mahal sa language international wala ba kayo alam na mura what about the embassies me nag offer ba ng language course any schools that you know na cheap! from nippongo,french, spanish etc....!

dalawa klase pagtuturo meron by class or on a one on one basis which is quite expensive double digits yun i dunno if embassies do offer? what about DOT department of tourism dati daw nag offer sila ng nippongo i wonder if they offer other langugages as well.

i did some checking on languages internationale it willl cost you 7,000 per language then they have levels for each language this is a class basis if it's a tutorial basis like german which no one is interested in taking mga 26,000

would you only like to learn how to speak nippongo or do you also want to write as well?. :)

gusto ko sa instituto. but how much yung tuition?

or pwede din sa UP. ano bang telephone number nila? and anong languages ba ang inooffer sa UP? pwede kaya dun kahit hindi UP student?

i started learning french at alliance française de manille (sa makati) noong 2003... very reasonable yong fees nila...

sorry for the late reply i rarely visit the academe thread but regarding ur question Level 4 is for beginners bale yung Level 1 is advanced na raw yun bale pabaliktad


Level 4 consists of 4 modules :D

thanks for the reply shanks24! sa instituto teaches spanish only they have 18 levels pareho rin yata ng languages internationale sa allied francaise mura yun nga lang malayo sa makati sila located.

yung naman AKI foundation di naman sila nagtuturo ng weekends meron pa sila schedule classes ang susunod yata this october baka nagsimula na nga pagtuturo ng nippongo. mura sila they say they will also teach you how to write lam ko kanji is the most difficult to learn even japanese are having a hard time learning.

i enrolled sa AKI and we started last week so far hiragana and katakana pa *** tinuro nila (pwede mo compare hiragana/katakana sa tsuim sa chinese) parang wala na mention teacher namin regarding Kanji baka para sa next module pa yun :D

I think you better call them for directions shank posted the link I think they have a number there. or you could go to st. Peters church there a lots of buildings located even convergys has an office there.

stephenyan: our module 1 class will be over sa oct 21 mabilis *** samin kasi sched namin is mwf 1-5pm....the next module 1 class will be starting tomorrow the sched raw is Tues/Thurs 6-9PM...i think they still allow na kahit ndi mo mapasukan first week kasi madali pa makahabol

panatikongtunay: the building is A&M sa 4th floor yung AKI...once makita mo starbucks malapit na yun :)

Level 4 Module 1 is 5.5K I think almost same din yung fee sa ibang modules

European Languages is a course in the College of Arts and Letters. Di ko lang alam kung may ino-offer na short courses for foreign language studies.

to those who are ineterested to take up spanish in instituto cervantes it's right in front of st. scholastica it will cost you around 2,500 i did some checking they have a weekend class only on saturdays it will take you up to level 7 for you to speak good in spanish all in all they have 18 levels.

you can try berlitz or languages internationale for mandarin. also, you can go to places in front of xavier for lessons. i know someone who can teach you one on one for 500/ 1.5 hours. i might call the schools first before deciding, but i might end up going to the one on one lessons. will let you know

i think they offer language classes sa summer sa up. or baka puede din non-credit. tignan ko ngayon summer. hehe mura na yon, pero kung gusto mo pa makamura, why not just go for self-study and just download audio files for comparison and practice? the internet is a very wealthy source of information and even interaction as language resources abound as well as fora and other communities using those languages. i even bet that you just may learn those colloquial and slang words and phrases they don't teach in formal settings such as language schools. :)

how about german lang? meron pa bang ibang schools bukod sa goethe institute?

sinong may alam kung tuwing anong oras extramural classes ng european lang sa up? meron bang pang weekends?

i know for a fact that ust is a cheap school.

i just don't know if it offers foreign language.
