my boyfriend bought me this chinese herbal medicine from binondo. i asked him to look for ling zhi but he came up with another medicine. it's called ying hong tong. it's in a red package. the tablets look cute coz they're small spherical brown tabs that resemble chocolates! hehe. i've been taking them since july 1. my appetite really increased. i won't survive a day without eating at least 5 times. promise! i still have to check my weight though and i'm not even done with the prescription. :) why don't you try this and see if it will work?

i tried ling zhi though and my... my... it worked! my appetite was really stimulated. lagi akong gutom. took two capsules a day religiously and finished a bottle. i'm in my second now and maintenance na lang by taking a capsule every other day. i gained from a mere 86.5 lbs to 98 lbs. :)

Hey guys, I have taken ling zhi and it works but suddenly i get some rushes to it grabe sobrang dami talaga.. sa paa, sa neck at sa katawan. It took a week or a couple na natanggal. Right now I stopped and nag ggym na lang to gain weight. I dont know bakit nagkarushes, same with my friends nagkarushes din sila. We usually bought the med on the same chinese drug store. Tapos if tinigil mo talagang papayat ka. Hinahanap ko nga yung milk na for gain weight. Any idea guys? Hindi ko sinissiraan ang med na 'to its just base on my experience. You know that I consumed 3 bottles na.

I tried this years back and it did not have any significant effect on me. I was just referred to it by a friend and a cousin who also took Ling Zhi and they were gaining pounds like crazy. Anyway, wasn't this product shown at one episode of "Imbestigador"? Parang, may side effects yata? I'm not so sure. Since that episode, I stopped taking those capsules.
