Another THOMASIAN to be cannonized on October 1, 2000 at the Vatican

Another Thomasian will be included in the roster of the sanctified on October 1, 2000 - to be cannonized by His Holliness Pope John Paul II at the Vatican. He is Blessed Francisco F. de Capillas O.P., colleague of San Lorenzo Ruiz.

Lets pray for the new Thomasian Saint!

Hello guys! I'm new here in Pex, it is my cousin that introduced me this site. Anyway, I'm a Thomasian! In line with this topic, I saw the painting of this so0n-to-be cannonized person at the grand-lobby of the Main Bldg. And i felt very insecure...for I felt i am not worth it being one 'coz of my inabilities being one- imagine, ka-Thomasian ko eh santo? oh my!!! but i have yet to prove that i am a worth it being a Thomasian! (anyway im from faculty of pharmacy)

Congratulations to the whole Thomasian Community.

Filipino siya. Bali siya yung second Filipino saint, next to St. Lorenzo Ruiz. Chaka dun sa nagtatanong kung lay siya or pari, pari po. Kaya nga OP, as in Order of Preachers.
