i beg to disagree. di lang for nerds ang comm res. i happen to be a comm res major & i don't think i'm a nerd (defensive ba?) it just so happens that comm res doesn't go as much into productions as broad comm & film or delve into as much field work as journ. pero okay din comm res, it's where u really get to understand comm. it's a more scientific than artistic approach to communications. mas mahirap lang in the sense that u really have to do research & di lang yon puro sa lib. field research compromises a lot of the research process din.

besides, as imogen mentioned, center of academic execellence ang dept namin :) feel free to post ur questions and i'll also try my best to answer them.

broadcom? shempre broadcom ako kaya sasabihin ko maganda. :D

if you think yun ang calling mo, talagang maganda dun. like me, for example. never ako na hassle sa course ko kasi im enjoying myself. i love what im doing, and thats whats important and hindi yun kung maganda ba talaga.

comm res pang nerd? hindi no. kasi naman nakita mo lang word na RESEARCH nerd na agad. http://www.pinoyexchange.com/lol.gif may comm res 101 ako ngayon, and fun naman siya. :D
