Buy a generic type of MP3.. Sing astig pero hindi sing mahal... I bought mine for only 6k 512mb complete with radio, voice recorder, usb flash drive, etc. It's a small cube type mp3 that doesn't have a name, kasi chinese ang may gawa.

Tingin ka sa megamall or sa greenhills.

i've seen other generic mp3 players.. usually less than 1 year ang warranty nila. around 3-6 months. my samsung yp-t6 has a one year warranty. replaceable pa sabi ng silicon valley. :)

Truthfully, I've come to the conclusion that there aren't that many choices for flash players dito sa 'Pinas... It's Creative, then Samsung, Apple, etc..

Pretty satisfied with the feature-rich Muvo V200 from Creative. 256MB (about 4hrs of 128bps MP3s) would cost you P5,950, 512MB (about 8hrs) for about P7,920. Decent FM signal (well, depends on where you are at the moment of station scanning), straightforward detachable flash drive (also accepts non-music files so it's great for transporting stuff), and uses one AAA battery (packaged Energizer lasted me a week, on and off, but I bought two NiMH 850mAH rechargeables from GP para earth-friendly hehe :p).

You can see it at your favorite computer shop. :)
