I've had more than my share of ribbit tales!
Meron kaming teacher, (sa Filipino) mga 1 week before pa lang kami mag-dala ng frog, sinabi niya na samin na may phobia siya...as in PHOBIA talaga. Edi kami, parang yeah, yeah, whatever miss. Eh medyo **** class namin...lahat kami, yung frogs namin nasa see-thru na lalagyan...nilagay namin, nka-hilera NEATLY sa harap. Around 40 frogs yon...ang lalaki pa! Nung una hindi pa niya napansin...sobrang lahat kami nagpipigil ng tawa! Tapos nung finally nakita niya, grabe, tumalon! Tapos umiyak, tapos nag-hyperventilate!!! ****, guiltyng-guilty kami! Dinala pa namin siya sa clinic para ma-calm. Grabe kawawa! :(

Tapos yung isang section naman...meron guy na may frog farm ata or something, basta nag-dala siya ng mga 40+ frogs one friday morning...ibebenta niya dapat sa mga wala pang frogs. E malas niya, may frogs na lahat. Kaso tinamad siya i-uwi, so iniwan na lang muna niya sa classroom. Nalimutan ***** niya na weekend na...pagbalik namin nung Monday, sobrang baho ng corridor!!! As in KADIREEEE!!! As in buong corridor talaga amoy patay na frog! Hahahaha, hindi kami nag-class lahat kasi walang maka-tiis sa smell! :)

yung frog ko, sobrang laki...as in GARGANTUAN!!! Kakatakot!!! Edi shempre ayokong hawakan 'no...akala ko pa kasi magkakakulugo ako. Yung buong class ko din ayaw hawakan yung frogs nila! Ako naiiyak na ako sa sobrang takot. Then our teacher (our very gay teacher) said "Hoy, tigilan niyo yang mga ka-artehan niyo at hawakan niyo na yang mga palaka!!! Yung mga hindi hahawak sa palaka, lumabas na, at ZERO na sa test!!!" tapos.........buong class lumabas!!! Hahaha walang pake na ma-zero basta hindi lang humawak sa frog! :)

last na...Yung frog kong sobrang laki, naka-pin na sa wax...medyo calm na siya ng konti...until ni-hiwa ko siya! grabe nag-wild!!! (sa bagay, kahit ako naman kung hiwain yung tummy ko magpsy-psycho din ako 'no!) ang laki-laki na ng hiwa...biglang nag-expand si ****! Edi kinabahan ako, so lumayo ako. Biglang nakawala yung ibang legs niya!!! Sa sobra niyang laki, nadala niya yung pan! As in nagtatatalon siya don with his guts hanging out of his tummy!!! Kadireeee!!!

All i remember about dissecting is that all the lockers smelled so bad after all those dissections. Some careless and insensitive students would leave the dead frogs in their lockers. Others would leave it in other people's lockers.

Anyway, pith-ed din yung frog namin so I felt he was still alive (naturally) pero sobra na siyang massacred. Nakalimutan ko na rin yung pangalan nung frog pero I think it was one of the Ninja Turtles. Four groups in our class chose the Ninja Turtles' names. Yung isang group, Splinter pa rin ang pinangalan kahit na daga yun. :)

I dissected i think 3 or 4 frogs in high school but never thought of giving a names to them. At first, I wasn't the one who caught the frog. Well, my partner did catch it for our pair in biology class. Ang taba-taba ng frog! Kadiri tingnan ah. Then I finally touched the gross thing with the aid of pharmaceutical gloves... Kadiri ang feeling.... But I had to do it to have a satisfactory grade in Biology I. But I find it nakakaaliw naman dissecting those frogs. But I never did catch one for our class. My partners caught them for us.

http://www.pinoyexchange.com/lol.gif oh goodness. i wasn't able to give my frog a name. i remembered, buhay pa yung frog ko during dissection. naka-pin down na siya pero gumagalw pa rin. my bio teacher asked us na kunin yung bones ng frog during xmas vacation. unfortunately i forgot to bring home my frog for the holidays so i bought another one. my tito killed it on the most brutal way possible. tinusok niya yung side ng frog then he begun pumping sa stomach. in the end, lumabas rin yung tongue ng frog. it really grosses me out. but i have fun time and a stiff back nung hinihimay ko yung muscles ng frog and i'm not using gloves that time.

yep i gave mine a name.... actually i dissected 2 of them, Todd (gets?Toad-Todd?) and Skinny (mejo payat sha eh, pag alog ko palang ng bottle, nabunggo sya tapos dumugo na yung ilong.... isang bulak *** ng pampatulog ang kinailangan sa kanya eh......)
pero thanks to them,and their sacrifice... i got good grades in dissection and skeletonizing them sa BIO.....
