Is your graduation ball memorable or does it suck?

Graduation ball is the event that i would not forget in my life.I like the atmosphere of it and i like the people around. And it seems like LOVE is all around..peps can u refresh your graduation ball moments?

The Grad Ball itself was great...
It was held in Manila Hotel...we had a live band! Toy Symphony. They were great. We had a 2o minute video about our final year in hs.
Okay naman...masaya.

nope, it does not SUCKS. :D but it sure did suck. :D joke lang, di ko mapigilan (perfectionist). ok lang naman yung gradball. naastigan talaga ko sa sarili ko kasi bumawi ako nun. ampanget ko kasi nung prom e, mukha kong matanda kaya lagot talaga yung bading na nag-ayos sakn. anyway, masaya gradball namin bitin nga lang kasi maaga ko umuwi. :( di man lang nag-after-gradball gimik. :(

um, i went to my high school grad ball with my COUSIN. 'nuff said.

ok, the date factor sucked. he was a year or two older than me (and we weren't CLOSE cousins) so he kinda treated me like he was too old to converse with me. nice guy, but we had nothing in common.

at least i had fun with my girl friends. and the food was ok. it wasn't the WORST night, but it wasn't a great night, either. i liked the "dressing up" part, though. hehe. :D

Grad ball namin masaya.. Sa King Edward Hotel yata.. Ang lupit ng dating. Grande talaga yung pagkakaayos noong place.
Kahit na wala akong kadate (wah) enjoy pa rin ako. Yung crush ko super ganda noong araw na iyon.. Kaasar nga hindi ako escort. But i'm looking forward on my oac prom. We are going to have our prom in a cruise on toronto's harbourfront. Hawaiian pa ang theme. I can't wait.

Hey, that sounds cool! Tama yan. Laos na yang gradball na yan, panahon pa ng tatay natin yan!! :lol: 1 side benefit, hindi pa butas bulsa mo!

Our grad ball is only a few weeks away. The big date is looming closer but I haven't decided yet whether to go or not. Honestly speaking, I probably won't. It'd take a lot of convincing.

It was arranged by the parents so all the parents went to the Grad Ball too!!! They made us play games, not one but several games!!! It was like a big children's party only we were all dressed up. No one wanted to dance on the dance floor because all the parents were hovering about with their cameras. To top it all off, they gave us each a candle and some mother started talking about moving to a new path. It was such a long sermon and then they made us sing "I'll be there".

So much for a grad ball. :rolleyes:

ours was really fun :D we had it at shangri-la Edsa Plaza and my barkada got a room in the hotel. we romped around the hotel drunk after the grad ball :lol:

i was with my other girl na friend and we were the ones together. she was heartbroken pero she ended up having more boys in her phone book than i did..,. good for her. i met my ex there din, and an ex fling rin.... magkakagalit kami... at least i know that they're mad at me./... no comment na lang ako jan...basta alam kong ang daming pumapasok na thoughts sa mind ko whenever i hear the songs played during the grad ball.... huhuhuhuhu :p
ill never forget the quirky dancing and the look on the hotel's management people's faces when they had to force us out the the ballroom kasi it was early morning na daw.... hay naku! hindi ba nila alam na way up ang adrenaline level namin ng mga oras na iyon.
plus---i will always treasure the pic we took na sobrang wasted na kaming lahat.... pero IN FAIRNESS, cute kaming lahat dun....

The place was great (EDSA Shangri-La)...the food was great...but it sucked because I didn't have a date!!!
Actually, I should have had one but some other guy asked her first...sayang!!!

I looked horrible in both my junior and senior proms- although some ex classmates insist I did not....whatever. Grad Ball for me was actually the best formal gathering we had in hs because for one, I was the emcee :lol: :lol:...and 2, the girls were able to get away with plunging necklines and REALLY short black dresses because technically, we weren't under the school's rigid rules anymore- having set our Grad ball the night after our graduation in the afternoon...mwahahaha!!!
Also, I got to wear one of my best get ups ever. A black and stiff up to the neck Chinese style tux which my classmates raved about- hey, I had to dress up, it was the only time in my hs life that I was requested to be the master of ceremonies. :D
Oh and by the way, I REALLY enjoyed the part where I opened up the mood of the party when I said something about starting the "balls" rolling.... I dunno what the directress felt about that, I said it after her speech- but my English techers really cracked up. Oh well...

Our grad ball this college sucks compare to that of my hs. The place was good, Makati Shangrila, but I didn't like the program they prepared. And we were given only about an hour to dance. Add to that the fact that I didn't have a date and noone asked me to dance during the slow dances. It was depressing!
