hey i'm an AIESECer pero UP D nga lang :D AIESEC is one of the coolest orgs whatever your school is (may it be UP, ateneo, DLSU, AC, MC, ADDU and lots more :) ). I met very cool ppl and even very good connections in the business world through AIESEC in manila and abroad. My brother was even an officer of AIESEC in diliman and the NC (national chapter(AIESECers correct me if i'm wrong!)) and he was sponsored to go to Europe and other asian countries. From what i know about the LC at Ateneo, they do have great programs set up. They have that simulated stock exchange thats always a big hit.
Hope you join AIESEC!

I didn't go to ADMU but I was part of AIESEC and was VP-CD at a time. You get to know a lot of people while the whole experience enables you to learn more about the business world. The best org? The most active at that! :D

tr|n|ty, close but not quite :D
NC is National Committee, as LC is Local Committee :D :D :D
AIESEC does provide a lot of opportunities and their programs are always for a good cause. You'll never regret your stay in AIESEC! :)

I was also an AIESECer before. They have great conferences and other activities -- as they say, "we work hard, but we party harder"....

I was in AIESEC for four years in the seventies. I see that now, as then, it can take up a lot of your time. :)
My math professor blamed AIESEC for my poor performance in her subject. She never forgave me for that, even reminding me about it when I bumped into her on graduation day.
Great experience, though.

Yes, join AIESEC! It is a french acronym for L'Assosacion Internationale en Economiques et Commerciales, or International Association of Students Interested in Business and Economics. Believe me, it's really worth joining! The organization basically moulds students to become good professionals in their respective fields of study, and it's not just intended for business and marketing students but for ALL. Basta just attend the one-hour orientation that they usually hold every year para malaman mo yung objectives ng org. AIESEC-LA SALLE has been home to many notable graduates including Anthony Pangilinan (who is the first Filipino to be elected as International President of Aiesec), and GMA-7's Margaux Salcedo who was Aiesec-La Salle's President in 1997.

One thing I forgot to mention: AIESEC is a great way to meet people from other schools. I got to know a lot of UP students that way.
However, I never ran into Ate Ronee at UP. Ecosoc kasi yun. ;)
