Pol Sci majors or any related course, I need your help.. I have here 8 quoted statements and I don't have any idea what are the meaning of those.. We need to place a picture that is related to or describes each statement.. here is it...

1. "Our human rights are best protected when there is no discrimination on the basis of race and ethnicity, and when equal opportunities are available to migrants."

2. "In their attempts to homogenize culture, western countries are targeting mass audiences through local elite coverts, particularly those who happen to be in control of the ideological appartuses which facilitate dissemination and assent."

3. "A key feature of Philippine political life lies in a vibrant civil society aniomated by forces and institutions enjoying a significant degree of autonomy from the state."

4. "Centralism therefore, while a foreign imposition, thrived in the Philippines for centuries, and was kept intact by the government after political indepence in 1946."

5. "The Philippines has been called a "rent-seeking society" because business thrives on such behaviour and on the concessions and a priviledge they can get from the state."

6. "World political geography was the first studied as an instrument of militatristic expansion. It aimed at re-dividing the world into great continental aggregation of power, with each seeking self-suffering."

7. "Despite the constructed political space, the popular mass movement experienced gains as organzing efforts multiplied and innovative grassroots organizing approaches were replicated all over the country."

8. "Ang tunay na pamantasan ng kaalaman at karanasan ay ang lipunan. Hindi ang artificial learning environment na ito!"

**What do you think are the pictures should I place on each statement?**

Thanks!Ü
