Tanong ko lang po sa mga nakakaalam ano ang kelangan ko para makapagtransfer ng vhs to vcd? (hardware & software) :confused:

usually separate sya... pero may mga 2-in-1 na nabibili.... *** separate capture card, around 2k-3k.

It's not really advisable to back up a VHS to VCD since both are low quality format, making them really annoying to watch, but if curiosity is your brand then the Intervideo WIN DVR 3(mpeg capture program) should do the trick.

I would suggest that you should just do DVD to VCD this is the next economical way to transfer and alittle more of somewhat decent quality. Have a DVD burner and few free software and you're set.
